WD Western Dental & Orthodontics

Went to Western Dental on 5200 Stockton Blvd in Sacramento, CA. Mayra, the receptionist was very helpful and kind.

Receptionist, dental technicians and dentists are all so personable, knowledgeable, very professional in demeanor and work ethics. My dental tech who took care of my deep cleaning follow up has always been so friendly and excellent peoples’skills. Not to mention his expansive knowledge of every procedure he did. 5stars to everyone in this clinic!!!

The staff was really nice. Angela P. has great customer service. She was so friendly and polite. Her energy really matched her personality.

They are very nice here ! My first time in I was nervous and embarrassed but the lady made me feel very comfortable. She assured me that I had nothing to worry about or to be embarrassed about and that made me feel better! The receptionist is also very helpful, she worked with me to find the right payment plan which helped a lot.They also follow all procedures that the pandemic has brought, that also makes me feel safe!

Belen Cruz is VERY nice and does a good job. I usually do not like dentist appointments but she made the environment very comfortable while still being professional.

Great experience well taken care off everything was fully explained in detail. Hilda C took every second to explain my situation and made it easy for me to understand while I was in pain. Clean dental equipment and very friendly.

I came in today for a quick oral exam and Jeremiah was the dental assistant that helped me out today. He was so friendly and calm during the whole process which made me feel at ease with everything. He conducted X-rays today and he made sure I wasn’t experiencing any discomfort during the process which I appreciate. He explained what he was doing as he was doing it and made this appointment very smooth and easy for me.
