I went to Elite back in 2019 for chronic right-knee pain after seeing a couple of the doctors and not really making any progress. Playing and teaching tennis had taken a toll, and I was at a point where I couldn't play anymore because I couldn't run--I actually could not jump at all. Walking and even sitting caused pain. It was unsettling. One of the PAs I saw before going to Elite actually told me I probably wouldn't play tennis ever again which broke my heart. Dr. Martin did my orthoscopic surgery and Elite handled my PT afterward. I had an amazing experience the whole way through. It's been six years since my surgery, and I've had zero issues. I can do single leg step ups with 30 lb dumb bells and no pain at all. I can still play tennis, run, jump, and do all the things I did before. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you are having a chronic issue keeping you from being active, go to Elite.

I had a great experience at Elite Sports with MRI Tech Rick Willard. I had three back-to-back MRIs, and was very anxious about falling asleep and accidentally moving, but Rick set me up with an amazing podcast and soft and secure supports, and I was good to go!

I have a few doctors at Elite, due to being an athlete when I was younger. I'm now in my 4o's and have had multiple ortho needs & surgeries. The doctors at Elite are so much better than the other larger Orthopedic practices in the Nashville & Franklin area. I have used those previously and have happily settled at Elite after something important always upset me at the other places (i.e. - incorrect billing, rude doctors & nurses, waiting hours past my appt time, etc...). The best part is about Elite is the people. Their doctors, NP's, & staff are amazing. They are so thorough and make me feel "seen & heard". Their on-site PT is amazing as well. I can't recommend these doctors/business enough. My quality of life has improved since I found them. Though no one "likes" to go to the doctor... every time I go, I notice I smile when I enter. No matter how much I may hurt, even the front desk staff are so genuine & nice that it's impossible to not smile & say hello to them. That doesn't happen many places!

When I walked into the office I felt right at home. The crew behind the desk was very friendly and polite. The nurses that took me back to the exam room was very professional with a down home vibe. Then off to X-ray they was fast a professional. Then they ask me if it was ok for a student dr to come in a talk to me, he was very thorough with his exam. Made me fell completely comfortable. Then came in Dr. Dierckman, he was very kind , caring, and very professional with me. I had a very bad experience with my other doctor and was so glad I was referred to Elite Sports medicine and orthopedics. I highly recommend this group of wonderful men and women to everyone. Elite sports medicine and orthopedics Franklin had it going on. Keep up the awesome work you all do to make this office number 1.

Awesome place if you are in need of shoulder surgery. Dr. Elrod went above and beyond to explain what I had done and what he is going to do to fix it. Would recommend him and elite 100x over.

They take my insurance but want me to pay cash because I was in a car accident. Do what's RIGHT medically, not just where the most money is. garbage
