1. My husband has had a rotator cuff repair and knee arthroscopy with Dr. David Moore. Care was top notch and very thorough. 2. I had a knee arthroscopy with Dr. Moore and he provided exceptional care. 3. My husband also had a cervical fusion with Dr. Glattus (actually twice) and he was top notch, also. We are very impressed with the care provided by Elite!

It's not very professional to have an MRI on a Friday morning--- Told I'll hear from them by the afternoon--- and after two calls to the facility without talking to a person-- it is 3pm MONDAY afternoon and I STILL don't know if my wrist is broken or not!! I do know that it is STILL very painful!!! I WANT SOME INFO!! I DESERVE INFO!!!! 🤬🤬🤬

The front staff doesn't look at you, smile or greet you when checking in it's not a big deal, but the office staff at centennial do. It's awkward to talk to someone who won't acknowledge you by even looking at you. Medical staff are great providers, PAs, Nursing staff and Radiology Techologists are top tier. I'll stick with the better clinic for future appointments. It's the same people so mabye this location has a bad vibe? Who knows.

NP, Kate Dial is absolutely amazing! And Dr. Dovan is awesome. Unlike when I was seen at TOA in Clarksville, Kate and Dr. Dovan took the time to listen to my elbow problems, ordered appropriate imaging and now has an operative plan to hopefully repair my problems. TOA told me to “deal with the issues.” Will recommend Elite Orthopedic to anyone and everyone. It’s more than worth the drive to Nashville from Clarksville! Thank you so much to everyone there!

This review is not related to the medical care my daughter received but instead is about the office logistics issue. The office failed to file my daughter’s insurance, so she (a college kid) kept receiving bills for the full cost. I made multiple calls to office’s billing team and office manager to get this corrected. Nearly 1 year after her visit, I receive a billing statement that shows insurance has been filed and paid, but the bill for her portion of visit now “at risk of being sent to outside collection.” Physicians work way too hard to have such issues happen that delay payments to the office.

There seems to be a double standard when it comes to people of color. It seems like you're not going to be treated fairly and be provided less care and understanding. It's very sus

Scheduling and availability is fantastic. My Dr was great and seemed to care. They make accessing physical therapy easy. No issues with the insurance and what was billed but they have extra poor communication skills. Their way of billing is very beta. Certainly doesn't make you feel comfortable with the rest of how things are handled within the practice.

Dr. Samuel Crosby with Elite has been outstanding with treatment for my trigger finger. His staff is incredibly. Sam Huntsman is PA is out of this world. If you need anything done do not hesitate to give them a call. I highly recommend them. Dr. Crosby is a very well spoken doctor who gets to the problem and acts quickly and efficiently to resolve it. Dr. Crosby has amazing bedside manner and probably one of sweetest and caring doctors you will ever have.

Boy, I just love you guys. Got in, injected (shoulder) and out in 10 minutes. I don’t think I’ve had to ever wait for more than 15 minutes for any of my visits with their MDs or NP’s. I’m not the easiest guy to please but the staff and management of this group are absolute rock stars!!
