It's not very professional to have an MRI on a Friday morning--- Told I'll hear from them by the afternoon--- and after two calls to the facility without talking to a person-- it is 3pm MONDAY afternoon and I STILL don't know if my wrist is broken or not!! I do know that it is STILL very painful!!! I WANT SOME INFO!! I DESERVE INFO!!!! 🤬🤬🤬

I was referred by a doctor in town and they told me they don't bill insurance for hip surgery and I had to pays cash upfront. My insurance is in network and they are an approved clinic. I said before I even come in, Im willing to get it pre approved and confirm by you. Total greed over whats right for the hurt patient. Find someone else if you are reading this review. Im sure it will be deleted by them at some point

Dr. Thompson and his staff are absolutely great. They take the time to explain problems found and solutions to the problem. He gives you time to ask questions and not rush you out. I would definitely recommend Dr Thompson for lower leg issues.

Dr. Kim and staff have always been so kind, patient, knowledgeable and informative. Dr. Kim really cares and remembers personal life issues and always ask how things are going with my family. He allows me to make the choice for my treatment but lays out all my options and his thoughts as well. His staff travels to all the different offices with him. I can't say enough about them. Five stars!!!!
