Revida Recovery Center's Online Review Report Card

Went for my first appointment yesterday and the staff and the doctor were so helpful and friendly! I have been in recovery for 10+ years and I've never had a doctor be so informative and friendly!

MY EXPERIENCE IS OUTSTANDING EVERYTIME I GO FROM THE BEST CARE COORDINATOR, JULIA SMITH, TO COUNSELOR, HEATHER VINES, TH RECEPTIONIST ARLETTA, AND FINALLY DR.FARMER😊‼️ THEY ARE A+!

I thank God everyday my dear friend Doreen litterly stopped me in my tracks I was so close to doing fentanyl my friend insisted I try suboxone first I had a fall down some steps in 2007 it left me with two broken legs a injured back and I lived with chronic pain for years when I came to Revida I was at my lowest I just wanted everything to end I stayed depressed and hurt all the time. I couldn't even get up out bed without I had pain pills. I was living in misery I always felt like I was alone. Until I walked into Revida everyone was so nice and very Knowledgeable about addiction I've learned so much about addiction and myself through the treatment team at Revida always there for me fighting just as hard for me as I was willing to work and they always have made me feel like I'm apart of the family. I love going to my appointments I love being in group listening and learning everything I can about my disease and like I said the staff are phenomenal from the secretary up front to the doctor in the back they're all great and I thank God for them I'm alive today because of them and my friend that got me to go there. And I know through Revida I have a great team of people behind me 100% and that's meant so much to me and my family. I'm actually present now if one of my family members need me I'm there for them before I wasn't able to be there I just I can't thank Revida enough for everything they've done for me!! Very nice people,and they care

The left and the right never know what's going on The doctor is great but the rest could use some.

This place is a nightmare! Watch out for the lady in the receptionist window. Very rude!!!!!

Honestly, completely unprofessional. They forget about appointments they scheduled for you, then tell you there’s nothing they can do about it but reschedule you-HOW DO YOU FORGET? doctors have made very big mistakes with prescriptions or even treating you as a patient, I’ve had my doctor ask me why a certain medication was on my drug screen and I had to remind her that she’s the one prescribing me it for the last 20 weeks. HOW DO YOU FORGET the type of medication you are prescribing me. I’m extremely annoyed with the unprofessionalism of this place. Seriously how do they forget an appointment that they scheduled for me? That I make my work schedule around? Then basically tell you “your screwed because we forgot” now I have to call out of work. Thanks REvida.

Used to be in the morning now they got it at 345 past 4 months ive called to make sure its rite and some how they screw it up new staff new screw ups.

i am so happy that my boyfriend found me this place to go to, to continue my treatment because I was not happy with my old doctor. he never listened to me, would push meds on me that I didn't feel comfortable taking for anxiety and when I didn't immediately take buspirone he prescribed, he got mad at me, said it would really make a difference in lowering my blood pressure in general,(i have high blood pressure,) and told me two words : Bad choice. he made me feel really bad about myself and so I started taking them to please him... within two months I had had several panic attacks and several er visits and my bp got worse..he had the audacity to say well if you'd have taken the buspirone then things wouldn't be this way, after I HAD been taking them diligently. such a know it all jerk with a notorious reputation for being difficult to work with. now I have a wonderful doctor Matthew Thomas who always makes sure I don't have any questions or concerns and never leaves me feeling worse than when I came in. I really appreciate his kindness,his patience with me because I'm deaf. he has a very good sense of humor and doesn't treat me differently like so many doctors have in the oast, like I don't matter or what I think or feel doesn't matter. this office is GREAT. I would recommend it to ANYONE who's thinking about getting help,GO HERE. you'll be treated with compassion and never made to feel bad about yourself. they do have a strict policy they require you be 100%honest with them. I would recommend you do that because they don't judge you or punish you if you do relapse. just be honest with them they will give you chances they believe in chances and that everyone is worth helping. Thank you ReVida, for taking me in so quickly and getting me with the program quickly because I was in trouble when I came in there that day....I appreciate each and every one of you guys at revida :) y'all really care about people and it shows.

My boyfriend had been going here for over a year. If not for the nurses,counselors and Dr my boyfriend would probably be dead now. I thank them for everything that they do
