I have nothing but respect for the staff at the Wytheville office. I've been coming to this office for a little over a yr now and can truly say they have been a major part of my positive recovery. The ladies at front desk are the best. They have gone out of there way to address any and all issues I throw at them, thank yall for that. Like the other post said, it's not your standard cash and grab rehab station. And I've had my experience with a few of them. I really look forward to going to the office. There is so much more I could say about this team, but that's between us. Go on and make the step to reclaim your life, and you will then know what I mean.

🥰🥰🥰I just want to say that for the past 10 years I have been a patient with Revida not just here in Virginia. Also, I was a patient in Tennessee. We have here in Virginia the most respectful, loving, caring employees Rebecca, Miss Teresa their like two mother Hens . They worry about me as a patient if I miss an appointment , They call and check on me. They always ask you if I need anything . They got complementary coffee for the patients. They take care for their patients. There the most loving and caring generous people I have ever met. They are like the song by Jelly Roll “save me “ when he sangs somebody save me “ WELL I HAVE BEEN TRULY SAVED FIRST BY GOD AND THEN BY REVIDA. I want to thank you guys for being my doctors, my counselors, my receptionist and our doctor Mrs. Pam Wells she is an AMAZING PERSON AND AN AMAZING LOVING DOCTOR. I TRULY LOVE YOU GUYS ARE TRULY MY FAMILY!!!!!!! Love ya all🥰🥰🥰🥰

Walking into the office I get the nice aroma of Folgers in your cup. The relaxing sound machines on every corner are never on but when I see them I know that if they were on I would just chilllll. They smile at you and are super friendly when they greet you at the office window. They care about their patients more than any other recovery clinic I have experienced. They are easy to talk to and it doesn’t feel like you have to answer to Judge Judy for your sins you committed from the past month. It’s not your typical money grab Dr office even though I’m sure they would love that you did pay them. The enjoyment I get of interacting with these fine people is almost on par with that of hunting Easter eggs with quarters in them followed up by sinking my teeth into a nice juicy medium rare steak. I love Revida Recovery Center bc I've had nothing but good experiences here. The staff are wonderful people all around. They've been there and worked with me even when they didn't have to or probably shouldn't have, bc I think they genuinely care about their patients. I've never had a negative experience here, an I've been coming here for a year.
