I've been coming to the revida recovery here in Newport for a little over a year now and I have received top notch service from each and every person that I've dealt with to this point. Today I had a visit with the doctor and also with a therapist whose name was Will and for one time in my life I felt completely okay to be able to talk about the fears of the unknown the fears of the past and learning how to find myself and accept the things in life that has changed with my health and being able to be comfortable with the uncomfortable growing isn't easy always but once you get through it and you look back you do find value in life even if it isn't the life that you feel like you should be having you found gratitude for where you are and you gain acceptance for you yourself regardless of what others think I'm truly grateful for the ability to be able to talk to you guys the way that I have been you truly are here for the people that walk in the door who are broken and looking for someone to just listen and give advice on how to put ourselves back together and still let the light shine in thank you for everything you guys do. This place has been there for me .I'm getting better everyday thanks to Dr.copland an his staff.

This place has been a God send. Not a place that's an overglorified pill mill- they are about helping you. Have bent over backwards for me. From the front desk to the lab to the nurses to the Dr.- there is not one person there that would ever NOT help. If you are tired of the "game", if the costs are too high, if the "fun" is over- call this place. And I promise you- if this place was at all like what I am reading , I would not still be there. Sorry for those who had bad experiences, but try for yourself. Don't even take my word for it- check them out...

Since changing staff awhile back this is the worst place to go. RUDE INCONSIDERATE WOKERS HERE....missed appt due to car breaking down and they refused to see me for an entire week. So a whole week with no meds suboxone and klonopin. Which to me is awful thats the same as going pill sick. I didnt think they could just stop cold turkey. They couldve at least gave me my scripts considering ive been there a yr. Looking for new dr asap. Also they treat you like an assigned number instead of a patient trying to recover. Told me im assigned to only 1 dr 1 certain day. Before this new staff this stuff NEVER HAPPENED. You cant help if you dont have the money that day or your car breals down. They dont care at all about you. Theyd rather you go without your meds and relapse. Thanks Christy at Watauga shes always the rudest

I was a patient for over a year and over that time period they made multiple mistakes with calling in wrong prescription to releasing medical records that I did not sign a release for. The situation was handled extremely unprofessional. The reason I stayed for so long was because of the doctor, who is contracted in. I do not recommend going here if you need help, they do not even do the classes you are supposed to do with the treatment. The office manager lied to me about DEA regulations. This is supposed to be a safe place to help you recover and all they do is treat you like less of a human being.

This place is a joke all they know how to do Is write medication if you need anything other than that like a meeting or a simple pieces of paper it's a no go!!! it would be a good location for a Suboxion clinic
