Dr. Amy Hong is excellent, knowledgeable, current on new procedures, medications, etc. She goes out of her way to take care of her patients. Dr. Hong answers any & all questions you may have, is very respectful & caring. She asks her patients important questions to make sure she has needed information from her patients. She has a good personality too. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Hong was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. No nonsense. She put my mind at ease about not needing surgery, which I was concerned about after my Vitrectomy. All the tests were done quickly and shown to me personally. I will return if I end up needing cataract surgery.

I had a wonderful experience! Dr Choi is amazing and she explained everything! The tech who ran the machine that takes pics of your eyes and the intake tech were so nice and professional and made my visit fun! Thanks Key Whitman! I'll see y'all next year!

Dr. Amy Hoang is a fantastic opthlamolgist. She was so thorough in her exam and very informative on how my diabetes affected my double vision and blurriness. This was my first exam with her ; my wife has gone to her for over 25 years. We both highly recommend her .

Good luck on receiving a callback! I have literally called 5 times to get my mom rescheduled! No return call. Frustrating!

Nice enough, but failed to give me any diagnosis for my dry eyes, missed my actual diagnosis, and prescribed expensive treatment that was not effective for my actual condition that they missed the diagnosis for.

I had an appointment on Friday for my FREE annual eye exam covered by Medicare. The office lady told me that I had to pay $25 for the office visit and a required $45 for another service and if I wanted a retinal exam there would be another $39. Omg! you doctors have turned into such greedy vultures. Instead of honoring a senior's Medicare plan for a free annual exam, you are attempting to steal $$ from seniors. There are definitely critical violated ethics issues that have been submitted & need to be addressed by the Board.
