My family has been using Dr. Amy Hong for 20+ years and we think she is the very best! All the boxes are checked with her -- she is detailed & very thorough, wonderful to work with, and the new N. Tarrant Parkway address is much closer to us than the Arlington location -- a "win/win" all around!

Dr. Amy Hong was so kind so thoughtful and so detailed. She pointed out the the reason why my dad’s left eye have been having issue after his glaucoma surgery. She pointed out that the tube shunt in my dad’s left eye was placed in a weird position. Im so grateful for her after so many visits with different Dr and never get to the cause of the issue. Highly recommend Dr. Amy Hong.

Just wrote a very candid review in the survey I received via text message. We’ll see if it’s actually read. Wholly unimpressed with my experience. Went in looking for a new Vision doctor since I’m new to Fort Worth. Will probably continue to look elsewhere.

First visit and LOVED everything about this business: ALL of the staff, nurses AND Doctor. It was packed but still on time. Everyone was so helpful and waiting area filled with friendly people. Looking forward to next time!

I like Dr. Hong she is great! I do not like the fact you can not directly contact the front desk. They also do not return messages.

Everyone very friendly. All my questions were answered. The doctor took time with me and explained what she was doing. I would highly recommend Key - Whitman Eye Center.

Excellent front desk staff!! Excellent technicians who were very thorough with the testing I had done. Dr. Warren made sure I understood what would be corrected in each of my eyes during my upcoming procedure in early June.
