My cataract surgery brought my 20/100 to a perfect 20/20. After 67 years, I can see without glasses (except for reading small text, and a pair of reading glasses does the trick).

My optimologist suggested this cataract eye surgeon. It was farther than I’d like to drive but after my first appointment I’m glad I went. They are very thorough, Lindzi gave me a break down of the whole procedure , with time frame and cost. I’m looking forward to my cataract surgery.

I had a cataract procedure done by Key-Whitman and had a terrific experience. The Doctors and the Staff are exceptional.

Dr. Pazandak, Dr. Tran, and staff made cateract surgery go so smooth. Loved that the clinic is in the same location and not having to run to various offices like we did with my husband’s surgeries. I highly recommend Key-Whitman!

This review is for Dr Fariba Parmer, Dry Eye Specialist. First of all she is the best in the area concerning treating dry eye and note she has a limited schedule so be prepared to wait for your appointment. A feet tips in have cataract removal and/or lasix at Key Whitman before you have any treatments. 1. Have them check you for dry eye before any surgery. 2. Make sure a Doctor recommends the right lens for you not some admin that hands you a brochure. 3. Any eye procedure can cause long term, life time issues with dry eye and cost you thousands of dollars searching for comfort. But if you do have dry eye Doctor Fariba Parmer is your Doctor.

My last visit I waited 40 minutes for service. My wife waited over 1 hour 45 minutes. They are very disorganized. Eye Consultants of Texas sold to them last year and this business has gone down. Doctors have left too.

My appointment was at 1:30 and wasn’t called back until 3:00 pm. Didn’t get to leave until 4:15. My time is valuable and what turned into a nearly 3 hour appointment is unacceptable. Although the front office and the dr were sympathetic, their scheduling needs to be fixed. (My prior appointments also had a long wait times, usually about an hour). I would not recommend them.

This office is excellent. We have been coming here since we moved to Texas in 2015 and we both had our cataract surgeries here. The office staff is excellent and the doctors are excellent also. Great staff and Dr. Parmer is the best
