Very busy business. I did not have to wait long to be seen. The doctor was informative about my case and explained the steps he needed to take to resolve my issue. The nurse was very friendly and polite. She did not rush in knowing why I was there; she took her time and asked me questions about my reason for being there. The receptionist was also friendly and courteous. Thank you, Epiphany!

Called throughout the week to very my appointment for Friday was told it was at 7:30. Called yesterday Thursday to verify everything was good with my referral got here at 7:28am waited 15 mins to be helped finally got helped and was told my appointment with Dr. Rosa was at 7am. I even let the female representative the name of the person I spoke with and she basically just said we can't see you you have to come back August 1st. Extremely bad business practices and very unhappy especially since the sites are not relating accuracy if you open at 7am on Fridays regardless and you know this why is Apple and Google still showing open at 7:30am?
