Terrible with their communication. After 3 phone calls including voicemail nobody returned my calls. I finally went to their office to get my pathology report & it was positive for skin cancer. I've had this close to a year & was told to just put Vaseline on it & it would heal. There's not enough room here to list all my complaints about this office & treatment issued.

VERY unprofessional. I will never go back. Went in for a full body scan for a cancer prevention check and the "doctor" hardly glanced at me. just went to another dermatologist and did it again. The other doctor did a very thorough job which gave me comfort that things were as they should be. Very good to know since skin cancer runs in my family. I would avoid this practice.

I have been a patient here for years, despite having an issue in the past with my son accidentally being given a sample of acne cream for his eczema. Last year I had a keloid scar removed and wasn't told by the doctor that it was likely to return. Less than a year later it's back and bigger and uglier than before. I now know that they usually return and the doctor said nothing to warn me, except a moment right before giving the shot for pain, the nurse finally mentioned it may return, so I had no time to consider if I was doing the right thing. What a waste of money and pain.

I really hate to leave bad reviews, but this bothered me for awhile now. I have this ugly scar on my back from a biopsy that didn’t need to happen. I had a previous dermatologist that diagnosed me with psoriasis, and the medicated creams worked amazing, although they were strong. I moved and needed to establish care from a new dermatology, and here I came. The male doctor insisted I had eczema. I know I’m not a dermatologist, but I explained that I was diagnosed with psoriasis from my previous doctor, my psoriasis creams helped it go away (but returns and wanted to try to opt for other options) it doesn’t itch, overall- the symptoms and appearance matched so much to psoriasis vs eczema. So doctor gave me eczema creams that did absolutely nothing. Still believing I had eczema. So they ordered a biopsy to be done to test it. Lo and behold it came back as psoriasis. So I got the right creams and all to help manage it, but now I’m stuck with this unnecessary scar on my back from the biopsy which I’ll see if anything can be done to help that, but wow. Wasn’t happy with my experiences. And also they call me very late at night when I’m not able to talk. I really hate to leave bad reviews as I stated but this was not a good experience and the doctor just did not listen to me. Sure he is a kind man and I know he’s more knowledgeable in the matter than me but everything pointed to psoriasis, of course it was psoriasis. The P.A. by the last name Kirby knew right away it was psoriasis. She was great. Maybe the Dr is great with other skin concerns, but eczema and psoriasis, just wasn’t it.

Dr Plott is amazing!! He is kind generous and very thorough. He has a great since of humor and he makes you feel like family. Dr. Plott doesn't do a quick glancing scan of your body like other dermotologist that i have been to. He takes time to check your full body. He was great at addressing any questions or concerns that I had and put my mind at ease. This is the first time that I have left a dermotologist and felt fully comfortable that i was well taken care of. Another thing that I should mention is the office is run very efficiently and there are no long wait times. I am so thankful that I found Dr. Plott!!

The doctor and staff were great, but I was a little disappointed in how long it took for the doctor to see me. I scheduled the 8:00 appointment but still didn't see the doctor until 8:27. It was my first time, so maybe this was an anomaly, but overall I was very pleased with the visit.
