I attempted to schedule an appointment online but wasn’t sure if the request had been submitted successfully. When I called to confirm, the representative verified that my appointment had been scheduled — which I appreciated. However, I then asked if he could help me check for any upcoming Friday openings with a doctor. To my surprise, he repeatedly responded, “What you see online is what is available,” without making any effort to assist further. I explained that I wasn’t in front of a computer and simply needed help checking for cancellations or other Friday options. Despite this, he continued repeating the same phrase, refusing to assist in any meaningful way. It was frustrating to experience such resistance from someone whose role is specifically to support patients with scheduling needs. If staff are not willing to go beyond what's visible online — or even offer basic support when patients call — it raises serious concerns about the quality of service. Due to this experience and the lack of professionalism displayed, I’ve chosen to cancel my appointment. I hope the organization reevaluates its customer service standards, particularly when it comes to accessibility and support over the phone.
Great people. Clean and modern place.
I liked everyone I met. Very friendly and upbeat. Had a few things looked at that have been brushed off by other doctors. They were transparent about treatment and different options I had. Glad to establish care here for future needs.
Clean and efficient. Prompt appointment time and wonderful staff. Happy to continue he using them.
This is a wonderful place , staff is so nice they listen with care .. Mrs Christina Hopkins was so nice and gentle , definitely recommend this office for all your derma needs
I’ve gone to dermatologists all over DFW & Dr. McLin at Epiphany Dermatology (Saginaw) is the BEST dermatologist that I have seen. She is extremely personable and cares about her patients. She is also proficient and knows her field well. The office staff is also wonderful. I highly recommend this office if you’re looking for a dermatologist in DFW.
Unprofessional, terrible customer service
My son is only four and he gets monthly injections which you could imagine isn’t a fun visit but the staff is always so supportive and sweet to him even though he’s crying and not being the most cooperative. The front desk staff is always so helpful and kind and the make an effort to make the visit as easy as possible. We are very thankful for epiphany dermatology. Dr Reagin is always so helpful and listens to any concern I have. She has been a huge advocate for my son and his skin needs due to his severe eczema. Highly recommend location
We went to have a wart looked at for my 2 year old daughter, and Dr Andrea was wonderful! I wasn't sure how they would do with a toddler since it's not a pediatric office, but we had a great experience. Everyone was so nice and patient with us. Dr. Andrea was so sweet with my daughter and definitely had a "pediatric touch".
This place only wants money from you, they do not care about your health and wellbeing, they only see you as a dollar sign. I never had a good feeling about this place, too many positive reviews for subpar treatment, I only went for a minor issue I had and it hasn't been fixed over a year later. I was told I had one situation going on only to have another doctor come into my appoinment and basically disregard all of my history with them and claim I had something else going on (I have an allergic reaction maybe to something and we were still going over options for either tests or other things) she basically said I had a different diagnosis to which I said it is still ongoing and she said she is right and I am wrong and so was the other doctor who had given me my first diagnosis and I had never seen this new doctor before either. Ontop of that, after I pay for my appointment, months later I get a suspicious looking email from the same company claiming I owe them money, it's a small amount but still fishy. On my last appointment I had asked the receptionist if I owed any money on my account to which she said no and I had told her about the email to which she told me to ignore it. Why would I have to pay more after I pay once my visit is done? Why do you guys want more money from me for no reason, this is the second time this is happening and I'm not coming back, it's ridiculous that I am dealing with a simple problem that has taken way too long to resolve. I always had a feeling these reviews are bought, no way I am the only one having problems and I saw all kinds of reviews here.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
