List of Allergy & Ent Associates's Reviews
It has been a nightmare for nearly a year. I'm hoping to update review as they get things sorted out. This place has been undergoing major upheaval. I first came here because the practice I was at closed. It's the nearest location my insurance accepts. Getting my vials transferred was a horrendous experience. I finally got fed up, came to the location, got the form in hand, and then hand delivered it to the previous location. That process ultimately took over a month. That was April to May. Before I could get my actual shots, I was informed that I had to make an appointment. They scheduled me with someone they knew was transferring locations, but didn't tell me. When I finally got my first set of shots, I saw the little notice they put on the counter. My next appointment wasn't until October so I wasn't overly concerned. I got what I needed. Fast forward to July. My medical team informed me they wanted me to wait before getting anymore shots as we were in process of determining other issues. I call and inform them of this. Receptionist confirmed. In August, I get a call asking if I am leaving the practice and abandoning my vials. I inform them to please check the notes. I reiterated above. In September, I find out it's going to take longer. I call the office but no one answered. I left a voicemail. No return call. I waited a couple weeks and call again... and again. And again. I keep calling over multiple days until someone picks up. I inform them of the update and ask my chart to be notated. They confirmed. In October, I find out that I need surgery. I call again. Left voicemail. No return call. I leave it alone as I had an appointment in 2 weeks. Day before appointment, I don't get one of those confirmation calls. I call. No answer. I go to appointment next day anyway. They said they'll "add me in." I pause and repeat, "You mean you're checking me in for my appointment." She says "sure." I go to appointment. Nurse is friendly. I give all details, update everything, etc. Wait 45 minutes for the doctor. He comes in. He's polite but didn't read a single note from nurse. I repeat as needed. He says I can resume my allergy shots. Nurse comes back. They inform me that I can't do shots and appointments in same day for insurance reasons. K. Today, a week later, I go to get my shots. I am then informed that I can't, because my vials expired back in AUGUST. They have me fill out a form and inform me it's going to be another 1-2 weeks before I can. The waiting is no big deal, but wouldn't it make sense to have had that checked and filled out at my appointment? I hope they can get their act together. So far, it's been a total turnover of staff. I did request next appointment to be with NP.
Great staff and patient visit by Olivia Ababio, FNP-C. Preliminary allergy testing done with clear plan of action for future visits.
Great customer service! Always friendly. Always with a smile and goes the extra mile.
The staff are super friendly and this has nothing to do with my review. But they told me they’re in network of my insurance and I wasn’t supposed to pay more than what they charge me during my visit. Later on I got a bill saying I need to pay more and when I called my insurance they told me they are not in network. Whether they lied to you or didn’t do their homework they’re not. I don’t have a problem paying the difference but it’s the principle of not being told the truth the first time. I would either consider some other place or do your own homework before scheduling an appointment since this could be an issue on a larger bill
Was able to fit me in quickly. Very nice office and kind staff Update it has been a month and they still have not gotten back to me to let me know copay on allergy shots, even though I reached out multiple times. Also the shot hours are very limited
Great practice, very helpful.
Dr. Tamboli has been amazing. She is the only reason I tolerate this office. I was told for 2 years I had a credit that they were charging my copays to, then suddenly I was getting demand letters for payments due. I called the office and got no response. I emailed the address on the bill and mailed a physical letter. I finally got someone on the phone who wouldn't acknowledge my question about the missing credit but repeatedly told me to just make a payment. It was like she didn't hear my questions. I asked for a practice manager to call me and no call.
I do not recommend the Sugar Land location. Representative name Nur is extremely rude, she talks all over you and will not listen to what you have to say. They do not send out invoices to let you know that you have unpaid balances and when you call to ask about they said it’s not their responsibility and that you need to call and ask what your balance is or if you even have a unpaid balance. They mentioned sending out invoices but I have never received one single invoice since starting allergy treatment there and my co workers never ever received any invoices as well. I have heard so many complaints about this place and have now witnessed it myself. When asked to speak with a manger they replied we don’t have one. This is the first time i have encountered a medical facility that does not send out customers invoices so we can paid and when asked about it get rude answer, very unprofessional and no customer service at all.
Friendly and attentive staff. Clean and easy to access location on Louetta. Nurses and Drs are well trained. Ashton is super quick with the allergy shots most times I barely notice they are done. Overall good experience.
I cannot say enough great things about Allergy ENT Specialists at the Louetta location. Ashton has been giving me my allergy shots for over a year now and I just love her. I am also incredibly impressed with the front desk team. They are always kind, helpful and friendly.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
