The allergy shots I received for my seasonal, dust, and pet fur allergies have been absolutely life changing. Before treatment, I struggled with extreme sinus headaches, pressure, difficulty breathing, sneezing, and constant congestion that often left me unable to function on my worst days. Now, those debilitating symptoms are gone, and I finally feel normal. From start to finish, the team at Allergy ENT in Houston Heights has been exceptional. Dr. Bhutani was thorough, diagnosed my allergies and clearly explained my options, so I could make an informed decision. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient—every visit runs smoothly. Denise handles reception and billing with great professionalism and care. Laquisha and Bobby provide valuable information and give shots with such skill that I barely feel them! I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I’ve received. If you suffer from allergies, I highly recommend Allergy ENT—this treatment truly transformed my quality of life.

I have had excellent experience with Ashley the PA for my second time losing earbud from my Hearing Aid in my ear. They are lucky to have her. She is very efficient smart engaging pleasure to be around. You're lucky to have her.

Waited 60 minutes in a freezing 60-degree room to see Dr. Karen Bednarski. I understand short delays happen, but this was excessive and completely unprofessional. I made my appointment days in advance, rearranged my entire schedule to be on time, and still had to sit there for very long time. If you’re that behind on appointments, at least let patients know in advance instead of wasting their time. You’d expect better from an educated professional and a clinic that’s supposedly well-managed. Clearly, this place cares more about money than patient care. I ended up canceling my appointment and walking out.

Everyone was so sweet and nice. The office is very clean and organized. The receptionist was awesome when I called for a last minute sick visit. The nurse was very patient and caring. . I saw Ashley Chastain the PA 10* she is fabulous! She listened, she was carrying, made me laugh,she reviewed my chart and got me on the right track to feeling better! If you're looking for a place for your asthma I highly recommend them.

Everyone was really nice at this location. I got to my appointment and was in a room super quickly. The provider I saw was incredibly nice and thoughtful. I got a quick resolution to my issues I was experiencing. I wasn’t having major problems, so I’m sure things can always be different depending on what you are dealing with. But for my purposes of getting a professional evaluation, I felt very comfortable with the service.

I had such a great experience at my allergy appointment! The staff was friendly, patient, and made me feel completely comfortable the whole time. Everything was explained clearly, and they really took the time to answer all my questions. I left feeling informed and cared for — highly recommend this office!
