I had a wonderful experience at Allergy & ENT Associates. Everyone was so nice and kind. My experience with Dr. Adil Zahiruddin was very pleasant. Dr. Adil was very nice and explained in detailed regarding my allergy symptoms which helped me alot. Dr. Adil took his time and answered all my questions without rushing out. I truly enjoyed my appointment with Dr. Adil, the best.

Dr. Z takes his job seriously and does it very well. If you’ve seen a lot of physicians in your life, then you know how rare it is if they are skilled, receptive, kind, direct, astute, thoughtful and resourceful all at once. The clinic staff is also very good and I am grateful for the care I have received over the last several years.

I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment, having already completed all patient forms days in advance. Despite that, I waited over an hour and was never seen. I informed the nurse after 45 minutes that I could only wait 5 more minutes, but I was ignored. I eventually had to leave without any communication or apology from the staff. What’s more frustrating is being charged for a specialist visit when I wasn’t even seen by anyone — not even the registered nurse I was scheduled for. Appointments exist for a reason — patients have jobs and lives too. Just because we need to see a doctor doesn’t mean our time is less valuable. Very disappointed by the lack of respect, communication, and follow-up.

Good evening! Earlier today I called Allergy & ENT & spoke with the most patient, kind, caring & amazing representative named Shilo! I had so many questions about a metal patch test that I’m scheduled for in the upcoming week; I decided to call the Memorial location & the unbelievably caring - Shilo did everything she could possibly do to help me get the answers I needed. In my opinion it’s not very often that you speak to someone who is great at their craft & go the extra mile to make you feel well represented & cared about & that’s exactly what Shilo did for me & I can’t stress how much that means to me & how much I appreciated her! She deserves a raise & a promotion because she’s AMAZING! If you’re reading this message & you’re in a position to do something wonderful to publicly recognize her please do so! Thank you Shiloh!

I absolutely love this location! The staff is always so friendly and helpful! Especially the young lady over my allergy testing RISA! she was soooo amazing and sweet! She made me feel super comfy and calmed all my anxiety due to the process! Risa is the reason I’ll be coming back!
