All of the women at the front desk are great. Maria and Tia helped me with a billing error and I didn’t have to lift a finger. I’m very thankful for that. As other reviewers have mentioned, Jackie is wonderful as well. She’s always willing to go the extra mile for me and we have great chats every time I see her.

Shady grove fertility has been a gift from God. From my 1st appointment in 2024 to my graduation in 2026 I have felt the individualized care. Dr. Bruno was amazing she was proactive yet patient. She was thorough and encouraging. The staff was supportive also making my experience wonderful.

Maria Vances at the Katy/ Houston location 10 out of 10! My first visit today was made possible with so much effort from her, I had a little insurance issue but she got right on it and my cost went from over 1000 to zero because she went the extra mile and ran everything. I couldn’t be happier and excited to start our journey with this company. I was definitely feeling discouraged at first but all those feelings went away! Thank you so much Maria 👏🏽👏🏽❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Dr. Bruno and her entire staff and team are incredible. They were very honest during the entire process and answered all my questions. They were quick to respond to any portal messages and voicemails left. Every time I went to the office the staff was super friendly and wait times were not long. And the best part of about all of this is because of SGF Memorial City, I am now 11 weeks pregnant. I am so grateful for Dr. Bruno and her entire team. I would recommend this place to anyone, and they would be the first place I'd call if I ever needed fertility assistance again.

A very special thank you to Dr.Janet Bruno-Gatson for her expertise, guidance, and unwavering support throughout this process. She always took the time to answer questions, explain each step, and provide reassurance when I needed it most. Her compassion and dedication made a tremendous difference in my journey. I am especially grateful to Ms. Jacqueline, who helped make one of the most meaningful moments of our lives even more special by sharing our baby’s gender results with my mom. Including her in that experience made her feel like an important part of our journey, and it is a memory our family will cherish forever. That thoughtful gesture meant the world to me. Brenda, Maria, and Hannah made the weekly monitoring appointments quick, seamless, and as stress-free as possible. Their kindness, efficiency, and warm personalities helped make frequent visits feel easy and welcoming. A heartfelt thank you as well to Lauren and Morgan, who were always available to answer my many questions. Their patience, responsiveness, and willingness to provide guidance and reassurance never went unnoticed. Knowing they were there whenever I needed support brought me so much comfort throughout the process.
