After a long journey through IUIs, surgeries, and fertility care, we are so grateful for the exceptional care we received from Dr. Shah and his team. Dr. Shah always took the time to answer every question, thoroughly explain our options, and guide us through every step without ever forcing decisions on us. The entire staff is top-notch. Alexis and Yvette at the front desk are so kind and genuinely light up the room, while Holli and the sonogram team are incredibly patient no matter how many questions you ask. Special thanks as well to Trinh, Estephanie, Lucinda, Bre, and Elizabeth for making every step seamless.

I have had the greatest experience at Shady Grove Fertility, most especially with Dr. Shah. He and his team were extremely communicative, knowledgeable, and I was well informed every step of the way. IVF may not be the easiest process on everyone, but the support I received from Dr. Shah and his team were phenomenal. Though I am thankful and blessed to have graduated from the clinic, it was a bit sad to know that I won’t be seeing everyone regularly anymore. The two ladies at the front desk were always so nice and friendly too! Thank you Dr. Shah and everyone at Shady Grove! We are eternally grateful!

Dr. Griffith is so patient, calm, kind and knowledgeable. His demeanor immediately makes you feel at ease. Fertility is a sensitive topic and he handles it all with such grace. Michelle the PCT is just as approachable and kind. She took time to answer all the next step questions. We never felt rushed. Everyone at SGF was lovely, welcoming and made a nervous patient feel comfortable. I’m looking forward to continuing care with this practice and recommend them highly!

I am beyond grateful for Dr. Shah, Nurse Bre, and the entire team. I truly had such a wonderful experience throughout this whole process. Dr. Shah is a fantastic doctor knowledgeable, caring, supportive, and extremely communicative every step of the way. She helped me so much throughout the injection process and was always there whenever I had a question or concern. I've been seeing Dr.Shah for over a year now, his team has been absolutely amazing every step of the way, the ladies at the front desk are wonderful and make me feel welcome every time I come in, the nurses are so helpful and responsive, all around a wonderful staff, Dr.Shah has been great and caring every step of the way, he gives very detailed information everytime, I will suggest this office any chance I get

I cannot say enough good things about Shady Grove Fertility. From the moment we walked in and every experience we’ve had it has felt more like a family environment then a drs office. The staff is amazing and so positive, and Dr. Shah is one of a kind! We cannot wait for our bundle of joy to arrive in March, and this was all possible because of this team!

I was a patient of Dr. Griffith at his previous clinic and had my first egg retrieval and FET that ended up with a live birth in 2024. I followed Dr. Griffith to this clinic, moved my embryos and did my second FET at Shady Grove. The experience was as great as my first one. My body reacted to the medications but the doctor changed them until we found the best solution. I am currently 9 weeks pregnant and cannot thank Dr. Griffith and the whole team enough for everything they did. The communication was great, nurses are always responsive. I never waited for more than 5 mins to get any bloodwork or ultrasound. The FET itself was so smooth and fast. Everything is well organized. Results are always discussed with the patient. The whole team is amazing with no exception. I also heard great things about Dr. Shah.

Dr. Shah's patient care is unlike anything I've experienced in the medical field. He has a unique way of being both direct and compassionate, giving you realistic expectations while still making you feel supported. I first explored fertility preservation five years ago when I considered egg freezing. When I decided to pursue treatment this past year, I was drawn to Shady Grove Fertility because of their support for solo parents. From my very first phone call, I was impressed. I had an appointment scheduled in less than a week, and despite a winter storm, Dr. Shah still made the effort to meet with me virtually. When we realized my numbers were lower than expected, Dr. Shah was honest with me about what that could mean. Toward the end of my stimulation cycle, I was on the verge of canceling because I felt discouraged, also hello stims 😅. Rachel took the time not just to hear me, but to truly listen and talk me through one of the hardest moments of my journey. Later that evening, I was incredibly surprised when Dr. Shah personally called to check on me. He reminded me that we weren't at the finish line yet which encouraged me to keep going. To both of our surprise, my egg retrieval resulted in double the number of eggs we had anticipated, and every embryo that fertilized came back PGT-A euploid. I'll always be grateful that they helped me through that dark moment instead of letting me give up. Yvette is an absolute angel. She went above and beyond to help me get squeezed in for a last-minute test I needed within 48 hours and has continued to be an incredible advocate throughout my journey. Alexis always greets me with a smile and somehow has me checked in before I can even say my name. Every ultrasound has been a comforting experience thanks to the tech; the warm gel, the explanations, and the respect for consent never go unnoticed. The nursing team is always ready to celebrate every milestone and lift you up when you need it most. Fertility is an emotional journey no matter how you get there, but this entire team makes sure you never have to walk it alone. Their compassion, encouragement, and genuine investment in their patients are extraordinary. As a bonus, after hearing about my experience, one of my friends also chose Dr. Shah. Thanks to his care, we're now expecting babies just 2 weeks apart. I truly can't recommend Dr. Shah and the entire Shady Grove Fertility team enough.
