I had a wonderful experience with Texas Allergy Group, especially with Nurse Practitioner Jenny. She is an excellent listener and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which made the entire process easy to understand. Jenny is always on top of her patients’ needs and provides care promptly and efficiently. She’s not only professional, but also incredibly caring and friendly. I truly felt heard and well taken care of. Highly recommend her and the entire team at Texas Allergy Group! Thank you!!

I brought my daughter for the first time to see nurse practitioner Alejandra and I can honestly say she was so great and educative! She was very understanding and extensive and got to the bottom of my daughter’s health issues. I highly recommend this clinic and the staff are the sweetest girls. They were very flexible to make an appointment for myself and my son! 10 out 10 !!!!

Dr. Nguyen and team are phenomenal! Dr. Nguyen takes the time to educate you on allergies and the body, thoroughly reviews lab results with you and which labs we’re monitoring and why, and he has a personality! His team is super friendly and on it! Yvette is patient and understanding. She was patient with my payment issues. They also offered me a hair tie after my allergy testing so my hair didn’t get sticky which I thought was so nice. Highly recommend this practice for research-driven, high quality treatment and care!

I’ve never had an issue with this practice until recently. Over the past week, I’ve experienced serious concerns with how things are being run specifically with communication and professionalism. I had tried calling multiple times without getting through, and when someone finally called me to confirm my appointment, I mentioned there might be a phone issue. However, during my recent appointment, I realized that’s not the case. While waiting, I observed staff including the MD engaged in personal conversations about lunch, insurance issues, and even discussing patients openly at the front desk. It’s hard to believe the office is “short-staffed” or “extremely busy” when staff are chatting instead of answering calls. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also a breach of patient confidentiality. I asked to speak with a practice manager, only to be told that the position was recently vacated, which might explain some of the disorganization but it doesn’t excuse the lack of professionalism, manners, or respect for patient privacy. To make matters worse, when I called the office line in person, it appeared the green light was blinking indicating a call coming from me without me pressing any options which the staff indicated, further confirming that the phones aren’t the issue it’s the staff's priorities. This experience has left a very bad impression. I plan to speak with my doctor about transferring my care elsewhere, as I no longer feel comfortable continuing treatment at this practice.

If you are dealing with a chronic asthma Dr.Nguyen will guide you through the process and provide you the right treatment that you need to prevent getting worse. He makes the time to talk to you and even better to listen you. Definitely recommend it!!!!

Dr. Nguyen is a very caring and most knowlegible profession in his field. I had faily bed health condition back few years ago, with Dr. Nguyen's step by step treatment I have resumed good condition and fell normal again. I must thank dearly for all the good caring and treatment from Dr. Nguyen.

Very good and attentive doctor!

Dr Nguyen is the best doctor in the world. I am so glad I found this wonderful man. For most of my life I have suffered with allergies and once I found him, he began immediately to clear them up and to make me feel better. I feel like I have taken a new lease on life under his care. He is absolutely wonderful. I recommend him highly to people who are suffering with allergies, sinuses and other breathing difficulties. Please come see this man. He finds the root causes of your ailments.You will feel so much better almost immediately under his care. He is friendly, personable, and deeply caring. I recommend him highly! I've been seeing Dr. Nguyen for more than 8 years. Him and his team is super knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Nguyen is also very patient to listen to your concerns and he will explain it to you if you have any questions. I'd highly recommend to come see Dr. Nguyen if you have any allergies or sinus issues. 👍
