This clinic incorrectly processed a serum for my spouse after they were advised that she was switching to another medical provider. My wife along with the insurer, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas attempted to have this clinic correct the incorrectly processed bill and they have refused. They were also charging for visits that she did not have shots at their facility which BCBS attempted to have them correct and they refused. The BCBS Rep advised that the facility was being deceptive by submitting false claims. Do yourself a favor and seek out a more reputable medical facility.

Had the worst experience with their receptionist Group they’re very unprofessional honestly had to cancel my appointment today at 8 AM because I did not feel comfortable at this point. I asked very basic questions and they were very rude every time I asked it was more like a rebuttal and an argument only stayed on the phone with them for about 10 minutes if that can tell you anything about how that conversation went will be talking. PCP about another allergist. current moment having an allergic reaction and really needed this test very desperately now I have to wait, which is really sad. Definitely could’ve been a great thing for business. Seem to not know how to be business oriented there may be blessed and have a better day than what they showed me.

All of the providers and staff are very professional and kind. Dr. Nguyen helped me find the best treatment for my severe allergies and asthma. I am so grateful to be healthy again. I highly recommend Texas Allergy Group!!

They are not honest with you. Once you pay for your treatment when you get your shoots every week you will have to pay, and starting if they year they charge more. So just be carful. They don’t say that in avance. And you ended up paying more. I had to stop my treatment after 15 months I could Not get my maintenance cuz of that.

DO NOT GO TO!! Arrived at 11:32am waited in busy lobby. Seen by nurse at 12:41pm. Asked questions already filled out on paperwork - when I informed nurse of this. She told me Dr would see me shortly. I verbally told height and weight. Nurse did not verify, nor check any vitals. When asked about long weight she told me allergy season. When I asked isn’t allergy season year round, she laughed. Waited in room until 1:50pm. Was informed could be another 45 minutes before seen. Was told there was another person ahead of me. Was informed during allergy season they overbook patients. Wasted my time and money - had to leave after 2.5 hours of waiting because I scheduled babysitter for 2 hours. If they overbook they need to think more about the patients and less about their payments.
