Christus Trinity Clinic's Online Review Report Card

My husband spent many weeks on the 3rd floor of this wonderful hospital. I can not thank them enough for the love and care they gave him, not only to my husband but to me and my family. My husband was on oxygen for a long time. The doctors, nurses and every single person in this hospital gave us the finest care and treatment they could. They did not stop trying to get him well. Due to other implications before he was admitted to the hospital my husband went home to be with the Lord early this morning. The Hospice staff were wonderful. We could not get any better care anywhere. Thank you all of the staff at Christus Santa Rosa New Braunfels. Your dedication and compassion meant the world to me and my family. Via Con Dios !

I went to my 6 week appt and right as the nurse left the room to call my midwife she saw her leaving the building. I was told I’d have to come back later or reschedule another day. WHAT?! I asked if there was anyone else like a backup that could see me and she said the back up had left as well to an emergency c section. Do they not realize how inconvenient it is for their patients? It’s not easy for some people to make it out for these appts. It’s not cool the doctors just leave when they know they have appts all day. So ridiculous and inconvenient. I will not be returning.

In the ER...poor communication between staff members. After initial screen by ER doctor it was 45 minutes before any staff check on me. I needed to use the restroom, when I finally got the attention of staff.(no call button). The restroom was in horrible condition. urine bottles overran the trash basket...the toilet and floor had urine on the seat and floor. I'm disappointed.

This hospital is fantastic! The staff is so friendly, and attentive, and helpful, and they take pride in their work. My surgeon was awesome, skilled and competent and very friendly. ...and the food! Amazing menu, great selection, great tasting. Almost like a resort. And the people who are responsible for the food take a lot of pride In Their work and are very friendly. I had ZERO complaints about any aspect of my two day stay there. I HIGHLY recommend this hospital! Thanks Christus Santa Rosa!

While recently being treated in the Cardiac Vascular unit for a heart cath, I was treated with such care & respect by the doctors & nurses. I especially recommend this hospital because the nurses were so kind & helpful.

Front desk is very unorganized, calling wrong branches, getting paperwork lost, making wait time over an hour and a half for a simple test.

Friendly and very knowledgeable staff.

I understand some may not enjoy what they do for a living but you should always show a sign of happiness for those around you. Sitting in the Christus Santa Rosa Hospital ER and the lady that works the desk is extremely unpleasant. Maybe she should find a career that better suits her and she does not have to interact with people. Life is too short to not show appreciation to another human. Is this not the place that is here for you?

I just delivered my second child at Christus this past Friday, January 3rd and can’t say enough about the nursing staff in labor and delivery. Not a bad seed in bunch. They truly treat you like family and make you feel so comfortable while you’re there. They go above and beyond for your newborn. Hands down, the most amazing bunch of ladies. 💗 Thank you from the bottom of my heart for EVERYTHING!

my dad went for knee surgery three days later discharged him even though he was bleeding large amounts of blood two days after .didn't give him a narco before leaving when coming home it happens again nurse came to change bandage from home health and she had no waterproof bandage but she wrapped it halfway with reg bandage. thats not how you do a patient..and suggested we go back to the er.money is all they care about I've been a CNA for seven years and medical assistant I know what's up and how it works.weres the phsyical therapist teaching the family educating them to care for there loved ones?he needs a blood transfusion the hospitals clean that's the only thing I like about it.
