Since July 2024 Dr. Hindman has been my primary care provider. Right away, Dr. Hindman took steps beneficial to my health, to include better management of my hypertension; he also referred me to a neurologist, who identified the type of neurodegenerative disease from which I suffer. (Being stubborn, until that time I had not bothered to see a neurologist.) Dr. Hindman and the CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic are, in every way, ideal health care partners for me: The clinic shares the building with a laboratory, which performs the blood analysis that Dr. Hindman needs before my appointments - so that he can track my cholesterol level, for example. Every appointment with Dr. Hindman is a learning experience, one that provides me with an opportunity to increase my understanding of my health. Dr. Hindman is the physician I have long been searching for.

Front desk was professional and helpful. Nurse Lisa was amazing. and Mesha Box FNP was above and beyond. One of the best experiences I've had in a Dr office. Quick diagnosis, and simple and painless procedure.

Fantastic and caring office! I love my PA, Bickford. The front office staff is very polite and timely with reminders or updates. The nurses are always extreme caring and professional. I have received the very best care here! My PA has helped me figure out several long term ongoing issues that no other facility was able to help me with in just a. Few short months. My quality of life has vastly improved and I am so grateful to this kind and caring office!

My appointments are always here at this location, and they have all been wonderful. The receptionists Tracy, Maggie, and Linda are always wonderful, amazing, and exceptional at what they do. The nurses Shannon and Stephanie are great, too! Shannon is the one who usually sees me when I come in for my appointment. She is great!, she is super nice and friendly and my doctor, Dr Fehlis he is great too. He always listens to my health concerns and makes sure that I am doing good and improving health wise

All-around excellence and convenience. New facility, short wait times. CPL on-site for blood work.

Dr. experience is always great, lab experience was great. Front desk and app experience is awful. 1st app experience I was prescribed medication and took as directed it was throwing up and in bed for 3 days, sent an app message and received a response 9 DAYS LATER!? 2nd app experience I had labs scheduled and sent a message requesting additional tests since they were going to be drawing blood anyway, the response was very dismissive and resulting in me being told to explore another lab facility, which would I cure additional cost to me . Most recent office experience I was there for my labs and happened to have a flare up the night before, I advised at check in that I was at the start of a flare up and we were going into a weekend. I was told to call back Monday to book an appointment. I stated I am here now for labs and my doctor is down the hall would you please advise them of the situation as I am in pain and headed down a painful path for the weekend with no course of action. I was then told we will send a message to the clinicians and if they have time they will review the message.

I’ve always had a great experience with this practice. All staff and doctors are friendly. I’ve been seeing them since before the merger and have zero complaints. I’m always able to get seen same day when needed!

I have been a patient prior to the merger for 20+ years, my 2 kids and husband are now also patients at this practice. What I love about this practice (all locations) is that I deeply trust all the physicians, nurses & PAs, so if my doctor or my kids doctor is not available I know regardless we are seeing someone I trust for help & guidance. The value of having healthcare providers I trust outweighs the pains and bumps that have happened throughout the merger.
