ScoreDoc is an overall online review analysis of healthcare providers, like doctors, dentists, chiropractors, hospitals, and others. Scoredoc scans reviews on the seven most important healthcare online review platforms for doctors: Google, HealthGrades, WebMD, RateMD, Facebook, Yelp, and Vitals. The system then uses the average review ratings, the number of reviews, the recency of reviews on each platform, and the sentiment analysis of the reviews along with its proprietary formula to compare providers’/practices’ online reputation.
Percentile shows how the ScoreDoc of a specific healthcare provider matches up to other providers in our database. For example, a percentile score of 90 indicates that the provider is among the top 10%. Please note that the percentile score is relative to the providers currently in the ScoreDoc database and could change once more scores are added to the database. ScoreDoc will not calculate this score unless there are at least 100 providers of the specialty.
With ScoreDoc, the healthcare provider’s name or practice name, zip code, phone number, city, and specialty will be required to generate the analysis. Once the information is submitted, ScoreDoc will find all the relevant online reviews of your prospective healthcare provider on relevant review platforms (Google, WebMD, Healthgrades, Yelp, Facebook, Vitals, RateMDs).
