Took my wife in for shingles with a referral from the emergency room. It took nearly 2 hours to be seen, even with an appointment. When we returned for the follow up visit, they placed us in a crowded room full of seniors despite the contagious nature of the condition. We then waited for another two hours. I would suggest either expanding the practice to meet the demand you receive or cease overbooking. That being said, the staff were friendly despite the incompetence of whoever schedules the appointments where you have fifty people waiting for multiple hours. They put up a sign thinking that excuses the completely unacceptable wait times they subject their patients to, which are being advertised as 1 to 2 hours for a diabetic or vision exam and 2 to 3 hours for specialist consultations. It's a real shame the practice is ran this way because the care we received was great. Do yourself a favor and find another location for your care, especially if you aren't willing to wait several hours to see your doctor.

Absolutely horrible office DO NOT GO HERE! Plan on waiting 2-3 hours for every appt. They schedule approx 10 patients for every appt slot for 2 Dr. They do NOT read files placed the wrong lens in my moms eye so now she has 2 different eyes as far as sight. They don't care!!! Worst office ever!

Facility was clean and all personnel were professional. Dr Puegh was friendly and thorough. Easy to talk with. 4 stars only because had to wait a half hour past my scheduled time.

Wait time was 45 minutes from actual appt. New tech not sure had to to have assistance. Dr Yee was great. I had to make 6 phone calls to get a question answered.
