I got there at 8am, they had me in the back by 810am, and by 830 am I was done. Had a diabetes exam so they had to dialate my eyes, which makes them very sensitive to light. They gave me some dark lenses to put behind my glasses also. The lady that dialated me was great too. Friendly, nice, and I would go back in a heartbeat.....thanks Southwestern Eye Center.

I visited Dr. Lewis' office for the first time yesterday. The waiting areas are comfortable and quiet. The staff are very friendly and always have a smile to share. They also have a good grasp of explaining medical terms in a way I understood. When I left, I had a clear picture of my situation. I found that many of the other patients had been coming to Dr. Lewis for many, many years. Dr Lewis has a pleasant personality. The billing department/check out desk staff answer any questions about fees associated with insurance or out of pocket expenses, so no surprises later. I enjoyed my visit.

During all phases of my experience, I have found the people tending me to be very helpful and caring. Both the staff and the doctors showed great care. I almost completely lost the sight of my right eye. Now, I have perfect long distance vision on both eyes but need light Rx to read.

Not only do I get my eyes checked in at Southwestern Eye Center, but my parents do too. Since I can remember, I have been trusting SWE with my eye care needs. The doctors and staff are always friendly and caring. Whenever people ask me about glasses, eye checkups, or anything related, I always tell them to come visit SWE.

Been here many times over the years,, for annual eye exam due to meds I take, but had cataract surgery, piece of cake! Love Dr Owens, and the rest are all great too!
