I don’t usually leave reviews, buuut this experience really stuck with me. I went in about a week ago and was immediately welcomed by Mauricio. I’m the most indecisive person ever — I came in just wanting to duplicate the pair of glasses I already had, but also wanted to explore other options. Mauricio brought me so many different styles that I genuinely loved. After an hour and a half of him taking his time to help me decide, I actually ended up going with the same pair I already had — and he never once made me feel rushed or annoyed. He was incredibly patient, thorough, and explained every single thing I could think of, including the entire insurance process. What an amazing experience. I love the level of care and attention I received. Highly recommend!

Mauricio started helping me the moment I walked through the door. He was so kind. I gave him a few suggestions, and while I got my eyes examined, he took the ball and ran with it. I loved the fact that when I came out, he had already picked out many frames for me and helped me narrow it down and pick out the perfect frame for my face. You don’t get service like this everywhere. Someone who genuinely cares takes the time to truly give you an opinion. I love this kind of customer service thank you

Vanessa, Ryan, and the others there are all so very helpful and diligent. I also sincerely appreciate how diligent and caring the doctor was, she made me feel cared for 💕 They show they really care about the service they provide and it’s sincerely appreciated. Vanessa helped me find exactly what I was looking for which allowed me to check out pretty quickly and even adjusted my glasses! Best experience!

Worst customer service, walk in around 130pm on 02/01 to get new glasses. Never got greeted, some workers just had finished with customers. They seen me and walk away. Waited for a got 20 minutes, and never got help. Other people that kept walking in they got help right away.

I called at 6:24 to just ask for a status of where my glasses order is at. Which would've taken maybe 2-3 minutes at best. A rep answered and said "can I place you on hold?" Just to keep me holding for 15 minutes, past their closing time just to not answer a question even though they were open for another 6 minutes. Extremely unprofessional and rude.
