Had a wonderful experience at this location after a not so great experience nearby. Niko was incredibly helpful and went well above and beyond to help me through a warranty issue with Meta glasses. He saved me from so much frustration by continuing to seek out solutions after I had left the store. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Milla at the PV location on Tatum. She was very helpful especially since I had limited options for glasses given my situation. I was so happy for her help with finding a pair that fits my needs and her encouragement that I have 30 days to make sure they don’t give me any issues.
