The absolute WORST. I scheduled an appointment to have a tooth extracted, and after waiting over an hour the dentist told me the extraction couldn't be done today due to his "high patient load" and would be scheduled a different day, and that it must have been a "slight miscommunication" that I was told it would be done today. I'll never use Aspen again

From the moment you walk in until the moment you're in the chair and the dentist tells you "oh no, I can't do that (what you made the appointment for) today", we need to reschedule you, to sitting in the cubicle waiting for the office manager to make a care plan for you (when you only made the appointment due to an emergency), and he never shows up. So after 1 hour and 45 minutes later with no updates, we left. The only thing accomplished was a missed afternoon from work and leaving with pain. Never again!!

To be honest, I’ve been to quite a few dental clinics in Sacramento, and so far this is the one I’ve been most satisfied with. The lady whose name I unfortunately don’t know performed my deep cleaning. She was extremely careful and conscientious, and it was the most thorough teeth cleaning I’ve had in many years. The manager also gave me a generous discount. Overall, I am very satisfied with every aspect of my experience here!

The best experience I’ve had at the dentist office. From the moment I walked into the office the service from everyone was spectacular. Very informative and thorough with the exams, treatment plans, and financing. They really take the time to work with what’s best for you, and for me that was one of the best feelings. I highly recommend this dental office and all they will provide. 10/10 experience.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Farzin. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and truly stands behind his work. The quality of care and professionalism exceeded my expectations, and I can confidently say this was one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
