The office called me 35 minutes before my initial appointment as a new client to tell me that they're no longer accepting anyone new. a pretty awesome procedure for someone seeking mental health Assessment
I had to reschedule an apt. I called on a Friday at three to cancel an appointment. I have on Monday at four. I was charged a $75 rescheduling fee because it was over their 48 hour business window. Are you kidding me? I see this person online. How can your psychiatrist or psychologist keep you needing them? They can stress you out with overcharges!
My Provider Emily Neilsen is very good. She helps me a lot. I like to say this, you just listen to me and don’t make me feel like I’m being extra or being judged
My counselor has been a lifesaver’s for me since I started working with her. She’s always had me think about how to get my thoughts out and what to do with them. Thank you Stephanie
Lifestance sucks. Won't confirm charges. has no billing department. Can't get prices at all
LifeStance's billing department wrongfully, charged me for services. I have 100% coverage with my healthcare coverage. LifeStance charged me $412.00 in fees that were deducted out of my bank account. It took me over two weeks of continuously calling to get them to refund my money. Every time I called there were very long wait times and when I finally got through, they would give me conflicting information. One day they would tell me that they were going to refund the money they agreed they owed me and the next day they told me they were not going to refund the money. I still haven't received my money after two week of them researching the issue and putting in claims. Finally, I called back with a list of all or the dates, times and dollar amounts that were debited from my account and the customer service representative in billing became rude and inappropriate with me. In on of the many conversations to resolve this situation, I asked for the supervisor and the customer service representative that was rude refused to get me a supervisor. So, I don't know if I am ever going to see the $412.00 back from this company. I'm not going to hold my breath on that one. I do not recommend this company.
It was a good experience easy to book and they work with your needs and schedule
They did a brain surgery without consent to me !!!!!!
Super easy to get going and a great pairing with doctors.
Colorado is ranked 49th out of 50th in the nation for mental healthcare so I'm not sure why I'm surprised about the results here. I used Lifestance for ASD/ADHD testing and it was an AWFUL experience from start to finish. From intake to billing to actual diagnosis and results. The short story is that it was a huge waste of time, and now I have to go through another provider and start the examination/testing process all over again. I have a claim filed with my bank for charges withdrawn from my account without my consent. And an examiner who caught an attitude and accused me of "laziness" and invalidating my own results when I spent 5 extremely tolling hours undergoing testing, and the examiner did not even test for ADHD!!!! They don't read their paperwork, and they refer you to your portal over and over again when half the information isn't even uploaded. No accountability, extremely rude and impatient, and no empathy for their patients who are struggling. 10/10 will be researching how to report this testing facility for negligence.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
