Nicest experience Ever, as my therapist was so easy to talk with and the direct connecting was seamless and I'm very grateful for Ms. Elliott and her excellent demeanor. I'm very happy with this competent and compassionate group.

Had a new appointment (the consultation) with Brittney Wright LPC scheduled. Specifically chose LifeStance because I had read her profile and felt like she’d be a great fit. I was very excited to have found her. The morning of the appointment, I received a call from the scheduler saying that Brittney doesn’t feel like my specific reasons for therapy will be a good fit and suggests I see a different therapist. I thought the consultation was to figure this part out? Without seeing me or speaking with me, this provider made a judgement. And didn’t determine this until 2 hours prior. Complete turnoff, whether she would be a great fit or not, I no longer have interest in working with someone who’d make such a quick judgement and make those kinds of assumptions.

Excellent care and I felt accepted and my therapist and therapy has been a positive experience and I'm hopeful my treatment plan will be successful. Thanking God for professional therapist and treatments that is helpful in rebuilding my life into a brighter one.
