Lifestance Therapists And Psychiatrists Denver's Online Review Report Card

My experience has been awful with this company. Worst customer service (so rude and unpleasant when initially singing up with a new therapist- should have been my indicator then). Gave all my info to bill through employee assistance program and they continue to send me bills even though I pay nothing. Try to call the billing customer support line. You are on hold for hours. I chose the option to "save my place in line" and have someone call me back. Took 2 hours on hold to get through to someone and after "resolving" my billing issue, they hung up on me.

I would highly recommend Lifestance. They are responsive, organized, helpful, and the therapists are wonderful. I am very happy with my experience and with the level of support I'm receiving with Lifestance.

I have recieved services here off and on for years, off and on because I'll forget appointments sometimes which is caused by and a symptoms of my mental diagnosis and if you miss a certain amount of appointments they drop you from services... which is honestly my only complaint as it is known certain mental illnesses can cause memorty loss (forgetfulness) and if someone is undergoing treatment which is important to their mental health and their illness causes memory loss and they miss some appointments due to this they should have the ability to reschedule. I understand yes it takes a block of their time and all the things from their side, I'm not saying I don't but they can also reach out to other patients and let them know hey we have a block that just opened if you need/want the time etc... Aside from that, somewhat selfish, complaint I find their services to be amazing and extremely helpful, I have even enrolled my son into their services. The staff are all very kind and the providers are well rounded and there's a diverse expertise among them which I find optimal and ideal for a place in this field.

If you were not suicidal before, dealing with this platform may drive you do it. Worst experience ever! I have filled out forms repeatedly and they keeping wanting me to fill out forms I have already filled out. The first issue is they said my signature was not legible. A signature doesn't have to be legible to be legal. But you are having to fill out your signature with a finger and a key pad. The application needs to be updated to allow for uploading of a signature and the ability to sign your name electronically like Docusign does. If you don't refill them out, they cancel your appointment. Then you have to reschedule. I have been trying to get in with a nurse practitioner for a month. Then there is a different platform with the actually appointments and Lifestance needs to send out links ahead of time to make sure the platform is going to work. But the VSEE platform needs to have the functionality of testing your system ahead of time.

while they advertise psychiatrists no one on their website seems to be able to prescribe anything, so all therapists and someone to talk to at most.

I’ve had a great experience overall with Life Stance. My nurse practitioner is amazing, listens to my thoughts and suggestions about my health and really works with me. And the therapists I’ve worked with have all been kind and genuinely helpful. Having everything compact in one portal/office makes getting things done easier and with mental health that’s especially important.

LifeStance Health has become a fundamental tool in my self-care journey. At first I wasn't sure virtual care was right for me but my counselor makes it feel as though I am there with her. She is someone who I have grown to trust over my months with LifeStance and I can truly say has helped improve my quality of life. I feel I have a better understanding of techniques to help my anxiety and am working on bettering other areas of my life with her help as well.
