Absolutely useless for psychiatric care- aware of shortage of adhd meds but refuses to help patients access meds because they take a week to resend your script to a pharmacy that has it in stock (after you’ve called 16 different pharmacies looking for your meds in stock). dailyn somoza menendez specifically- she is ALWAYS late to our telehealth appointments and does not answer her messages (only way to reach her, another issue) in any kind of timely manner. Will be seeking care outside of Lifestance because dealing with them has been hell from the start
