Be prepared to wait ... even if you have an appointment. Customers are expected to arrive on time, but delays on their end are common. Waiting more than an hour to be seen makes it feel like your time is not valued. Other than that, good service.
The employees are true professionals and the doctors are great but they wait is too long to be called
I feel that the excellent care of my cancer by Dr. Reddy is the reason that I’m still around. My prostrate cancer spread to my lungs and lymph nodes. Aggressive treatment by Dr. Reddy arrested the cancer and has allowed me to continue my normal life. Thank you.
Tiffany was very attentive and made me feel very comfortable.
I am only giving 3 stars because I was there for 2 hours waiting to see the Dr. I gave blood then waited another 1.25 hrs. Finally saw the PA, which she is very good. When checking out, they told me I needed to give more blood. It was very frustrating when you're already stressed to be there for medical reasons.
The staff were effective and the doctor spent time answering my questions and showed Concern for me as a person
I spent over two hours at this office for a hematology appointment, and my actual time with the doctor was less than ten minutes. An hour past my scheduled appointment time, I still hadn’t seen the doctor, so I politely pulled a nurse aside to ask for an update and mentioned that I needed to get back to work. Her response was, “When do you need to be back at work?”—which completely missed the point. Patients’ time is valuable and should be respected. When I went to the lab for bloodwork, no one even acknowledged me until I interrupted a group of staff who were celebrating and passing around cake. Check-out was just as frustrating, staff had their heads down and didn’t acknowledge me until again I spoke up. When I finally tried to schedule my iron infusions, the woman assisting me seemed confused and unorganized. Overall, there was a clear lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for patients’ time. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed.
I see a lot of doctors, but the people in this center take very good care of the patient. I need referrals for appointments, and the staff always gets them for me. I have to do blood tests every time I go, and the people in their lab take me in right away. It sometimes takes awhile for the doctor to get to the examination room, buy I'm sure that's because she always takes time with each patient, answering questions and explaining everything.
I am always treated with compassion and kindness by everyone. There is almost no waiting time before every appointment.
THIS W.AS MY FIRST VISIT TO THIS LOACATION. ALL WENT WELL

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
