Dr. Levy is a brilliant physician, and I have confidence in his medical knowledge and approach. I am newly diagnosed with stage IV cancer and transferred my care from Orlando to Lake Worth so I could be near family during treatment. I do want to note, however, that communication within the office needs improvement. I contacted the office twice on Friday to confirm that my pain medication would be called in, as I am dealing with significant cancer-related pain. Unfortunately, the prescription was not called in, and I went the entire weekend without medication. I called again on Monday and was told Dr. Levy was in surgery and that a message would be relayed. I was also told I had been called earlier, but I had no missed calls or messages on my phone. I truly hope this can be improved going forward, as timely communication and pain management are critical for patients in active cancer treatment. I believe Dr. Levy’s care has great potential, and I want this to be a successful long-term relationship.

It seems like I always have to wait for m more than 45+ minutes for either the doctor or the nurse practitioner or a physician assistant at this office. My visit here is a regular annual check up and that's normally doesn't take long, the wait is wearing me out !!!
