After trying for a week, no answer on phone.

From the moment I walked through the door, I was met with professionalism, warmth and genuine care. the front office time sets the tone - organized, friendly, and truly committed to making patients feel supported from the very start. Dominic, who drew my blook was exceptional. He was skin, gentle and clearly skilled, making a typically stressful moment feel comfortable and easy. And Dr. Reedy - what a gift he is. His compassion, knowledge, and down to earth manner put me at ease right away. He took the time to listen, reassure me, and ease many of my fears I walked in with. Dr. Mahdi Taha is truly one of a kind! From the very first time I had the opportunity to consult with Dr. Taha, I immediately felt a deep sense of calm and hope. He was warm, respectful, and genuinely uplifting. He greeted me with the words “Congratulations, you’re cancer-free!” — something no other doctor had ever said to me before. Hearing those words was like music to my ears and filled my heart with peace. Dr. Taha is exceptionally knowledgeable and resourceful, yet incredibly humble and patient. He took his time reviewing and explaining every detail of my pathology and Oncotype DX reports, making sure I truly understood each finding. He spoke with clarity, compassion, and sincerity — and was happy to answer every question I had. What stood out most to me was his kindness. Even though I had previously consulted with other oncologists, Dr. Taha showed complete understanding and genuine care. He made me feel heard, respected, and fully supported. I live in New Jersey, and Dr. Taha practices in Florida — but I can say with full confidence that he is worth every bit of effort to consult with. The office staff is less than desirable. They make up things as they come. I Recommend Dr Hepgar but you have to go thru a nightmare with the staffing.

Hires people who mock and cheer for assassinations. The financial team has no morals.

Appointments: No call back Donald Martin 2:20 PM called Wednesday morning at 10:47 am to get scheduled with Dr. Matuszak whom y'all placed me with after Dr. Pastorini left. I call the scheduling dept but somehow after talking with them she didn't seem to be able to do that so told me someone would call me back. Here it is Friday 6:40pm. I informed her I was just at Moffitt and my labs came back not so good from the Smoldering Myeloma I've had to go what looks like lab-wise, is over the threshold to Multiple. I don't know what's going on but if I need to find another facility please let me know as I'm a little disturbed I've not been contacted on well over 48 hours. Here we now are one day from it being a week ago I sent this message and now I think I will just send this to management as this is completely unacceptable at every level. This is the exact message they e ignored now over a week after I called to inform them Moffitt labs show me over the mark for Multiple Myeloma now..
