do NOT use this office ... they cancel your appt less than twelve hours before appt because of a clerical error ... not because of patients part but their in action to do the job properly and ensure patient care ... no accountability for actions just move on to next customer ... cha ching always about kick backs from health care system not customers well being ... if you want quality care and an office that cares about your well being stay away from here ... bad business
I waited 4 weeks to get in for an appointment because a coworker recommended this place. When I made the appointment, I had to give all my insurance info from my card. I show up for my appointment and I wait 15 minutes in the waiting room only to be told they don’t take my insurance. Why could I not have been told this when I made the appointment?? My coworker who goes here uses the same insurance.
There is so much great with Jen and in room staff. The front desk is a mess. Scheduling is terrible. I had 2 appointments cancelled this summer. I apparently have an irregular biopsy that the office is unable to “see” in my records. It’s just a mess. I recommend Jen all the time because she is great, but everything else is a mess! They need to get it together!
Jennifer is amazing, i’ve been going here for years
These people are so unprofessional and bias towards blacks!! Stay away!!
Jennifer Beamguard is the absolute best! I trust her with my life! She is incredibly thorough and truly involved in my care. Will never go anywhere else!
Great experience with Tiffany Trent! It was my first time going to a dermatologist & she did not disappoint. I had a few moles removed it was painless, & easy. She is very educated & answered all of my questions with no issue. Very friendly & thorough, I can tell she loves what she does. The office has easy scheduling, nice front desk staff, quick visits & office/rooms are clean.
I had one of the worse experiences back in January with Ligaya Hershman. I reported my issues to the office after it happened, but the "surprise bill" I just received for an additional $200 after my co-pay and after insurance paid is forcing me to share this. One of the itemized line items was for an hour of her time. I can tell you, I wish I had more then 5 minutes with the doctor as maybe she would have spoken to me. I had an absolutely awful experience and am traumatized from going back to any dermatologist. She took a razor blade to a mole on my face without anesthesia and sliced it in half, then tried to squeeze it, when it didn't do what she thought it would do, she cut it off without anesthesia. I had made this appointment to discuss a spot on my leg but she would not speak to me at all and said, she wasn't going to look at that. I apologize, she only said "I'm not going to look at that." She was with me for a total of about 5 minutes, maybe 15, because I passed out because of the pain she put me through. Even the nurses apologized to me, but WTF is wrong with her and how could a business like this have a doctor who behaves like this. But it was the most uncomfortable experience even before the razor blade incident. While she was looking over my body, she yanked down my underwear and my bra and made me feel completely violated. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable and I will now go and report her to the medical board as well as report this company for sending illegal surprise bills to in-network patients.

My appointment has been canceled 3 times. Trying to get through the office to reschedule is terrible. Waited 10 minutes to another department. Waited another 12 minutes to get disconnected. Tried again. Office clerk said we will have someone call you right back. Never got a return call. Made 3rd attempt. Finally got through to schedule an appointment for the 3rd time. Appointment scheduled 2 weeks from now. Very frustrating received another call from office indicating that Stephanie will not be available. Every time you call. Office clerk apologize we are working on a new system. New staff , don't know what they are doing. It has been over 6 months working on new system. Stop making excuses. Will no longer be returning. It is obvious they don't need my business. There are many other places to choose from.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
