Very disappointed with their service, Dr Shamita spent 3 minutes max and she used one minute of that time trying to sale me a cream. I have a black spot in my ankle and when I tell her about it she just said " oh if has been that for long time, it's not big deal"!

Every experience I had with this place was a nightmare. A provider who was visibly irritated to see me and then double charged me to then completely ignoring prior auth requests and then lying to my face about it. They even sent off my biopsy to the lab WITHOUT MY CONSENT and I was then charged for that too. Manager on the phone told me I wasn’t double charged but when the statement came from insurance I found that I indeed was double charged by them. I bit my lip and ate the charge because I was still waiting for the provider to send my prescription and was just trying to play nice as I desperately needed it. It took a ridiculous amount of time. Per my work, I have to use a specialty pharmacy. I gave them the number, fax number, address, EVERYTHING and they claimed they couldn’t find it. JUST FAX IT MANUALLY THEN. Instead, they took the lazy route and sent it to a different pharmacy that obviously couldn’t fill it per my insurance. Thanks to the pharmacists though, we were finally able to have it sent to the correct one. No thanks to the office. Then a short while later I come to find out the prior auth was only done for 3 months, which is absurd. Standard is at minimum 6 months. I was without my medication for weeks and every call/contact that either I or the pharmacy tried to make was completely ignored. I finally just showed up because without this med, my eczema flairs to the point of cracking and bleeding. I was then told that they did send the prior auth and named a pharmacy I dont even use. That is not how prior auths work. You can’t just send it to a random place, you fill out the paperwork the pharmacy sends to your office so that’s not even possible that it happened like that. I was then promised that they would “stay in touch” and let me know if/when samples came in to hold me over until the prior auth mess was worked out. Obviously that never happened. The only thing I can recommend about this office is to find another one, literally ANY other one. Worst patient care I have ever experienced and you all should be ashamed of yourselves. Update, I reached out to them as requested below on 9/10/24 and never got an email back. So yeah, my review still checks out.

Great vist to help with my face. Already seeing improvement and working on the routine care my face deserves. The compassion and kindness and help I recieved is taken forgranted in medical field. I'm looking forward to feeling better on the I inside and out. Life is way to short make your on happy.

What a breath of fresh air Tiffany Trent was. We’ve visited with many NP at this practice and there are a few we haven’t had much success with. She took the time to listen to all of our concerns and was kind, gentle and empathetic. The best experience we’ve had.

I would never recommend this practice to anyone. They just want your money and want you in and out. Left there with no questions answered and the manager here could care less.

I had a visit 2 years ago and the Nurse Sharnel Reed was very dismissive. She has no bedside manners. I was asking questions and she did not seem to care at all about what I was saying and was very rude overall. They also billed my insurance and apparently I owed $33 dollars and sent me to collections however they never even tried to contact me or sent me a bill in the mail! Very bad experience overall and I will not be back.

If I could do a 0 star I would. This place is a sick joke. They have not done a SINGLE thing right the entire time, causing me severe anxiety. and to top it all off sending me a mystery charge that imma have to call them tomorrow and tell them NO. I am not going to this place EVER again. I have really bad anxiety and this place made it hell for me. Do not choose this place, any other place has to be better💯😭 even if it’s farther away
