I previously received services from this provider, and when I called today to confirm some details and hopefully schedule an appointment, I was connected with a call center representative who was not only rude but also very unhelpful. In the past, my calls were directed to a local office, but it seems they now route calls through a call center that doesn't seem to care whether they retain or lose a customer.

My Husband and I saw Dr Michele Brown and her entire staff today, for the very first time. So nice to be greeted by pleasant caring staff, as well as being worked up by their support staff, then Dr Brown came in. She was knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. Looked us both over. Took care of some skin tags and things. The whole thing under an hour. No waiting what an amazing concept for a doctor's office. We strongly recommend and we will be back in 6 months. Thank you so much for your amazing service. We Appreciate you all.

Good staff and doctors, though I’ve had my appointments cancelled plenty of times due to the provider not being in the office and today I showed up to my scheduled appointment just to find the location closed with no notice.

The receptionist and medical assistant were curteous, however I was not impressed with the ARNP Sharnel Reed. It seemed as though she did not want to be there. I work in the medical field as an RN, a smile goes a long way. I will not return

WISH I COULD GIVE LESS THAN ONE STAR. Waited 40 mins after my appointment time, office is disgusting, roaches in the rooms. Terrible experience, extremely displeased. I walked out before being seen because of how nasty the office was. DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING ANY MEDICAL PROCEDURES DONE HERE.
