Would not recommend. Went in for allergy's & ear pain. They did a scope of my nose which they obviously knew wouldn't be covered by my insurance. It was over $300. The diagnosis could have been made without the scope. The front
Office staff, doesn't return calls in a timely manner, always have to leave a message, they rarely pick up the phone, called 5 times to cancel an appointment for following day, 😒
Brought my 6 year old in to Visit with Dr.Greene and he was super gentle, caring , and kind . Highly recommended and We will be returning!!
i love my doctor but the message on the phone is forever ..how do you get through ????? i have gone to guidewell a few times and i know they hurt my ears... why can't someone just pick up a phone today?
was the best medical service i have ever received from medical people, front desk people were nice and understanding, nurse was friendly and funny and the doctor actually asked thorough questions and check every part of sinuses, throat and even teeth.
Beware, total money grab! Went in to see if the doctor could determine why I had an athlete's foot smell in my nose, and they consultation for a Septoplasty. The doctor put lines in my nose and he said he saw green goo and recommended steroids and antibiotics. I blow my nose on a regular basis and I've never seen green goo and did not have a problem other than the smell of foot fungus. Steroids and antibiotics don't help fungus. There was no nose swab done, which could have determined if it was fungus. The Doctor recommended a CT scan for my deviated septum, which really isn't necessary. I also have TMJ and a Patulous Eustachian Tube, so if they were going to be doing a CT scan, I called and asked if they could scan those areas as well, and Michelle said they would get scanned during the CT for sinus. Good thing I asked in a more detailed manner again...I asked if they would focus in on them and she said no, I'd have to get a scan for each area, which would mean I would have to come back another two times, and pay for two more appointments, scans, and probably another $225 for each of the nose camera lines to see if anything changed. On top of all that, pulling in the parking lot, there is a huge dip with a sewer that completely ripped off the front spoiler on my new car, which will cost me about $1,500. I'm still debating on making their insurance pay for that.

I went in with a standard Pre-Diagnosed (from another doctor) sinus infection which also included my inner ears. They took three trips to diagnose the issue with an on-site CT scan which cost me about $500 out of pocket with having the best health insurance available. They broke my visits up into three visits to maximize copays and made me wait a month to eventually get told that here's some amoxicillin. I was suffering that whole time when they could have done it all in one visit. The female doctor was also just completely incompetent and spoke to everyone like a kindergarten teacher speaking to 5 year olds. Oh, and I just got another bill for $25 to rub salt into the wound.
Very dissapointed. Front office very officious with herding tendancies. Their number one priority is money, medical help comes further down the priority chain.
Very disappointed with Dr Sundean, Dr consulted my 23 yr old daughter at Mease Countryside Hospital for 5 minutes. Dr can NOT be trusted. There was no communication to when she would arrive. We waited in hospital the whole day, Dr explained diagnosis of Lymphoma within 5 minutes of looking at my daughter, Dr explained, she would need a port and chemo treatment "No Big Deal", in three months you will be fine. ENT then suggested biopsy. After waiting 6 days for pathology and biopsy results, Hematologist, provided specifics...it was Mono. I would not recommend ENT Assoc. it was upsetting to be at the mercy of these specialist and how these specialist rush through consults...

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
