Every single person here talks as fast as a car salesman and many times talk over you. Dr. Merchant did a great job on my surgury, but good lord please slow down. Your patients aren't all on their A game and that is what they are coming to you for you to help them. I thought about not going to my next appointment and canceling again. You have patients that have anxiety. If you want to scare them off from talking too fast or if you talk over your patients so they don't learn anything then they won't know why they came in. I got passed around between the doctor, receptionist, and allergist. I setup multiple appointments, at the very least write down on an appointment card when I coming in. The nurse that checked me had no formalities. I talked through my ailments and I get to sit for 5 minutes while she types in silence. This is constructive criticism. Do I expect everyone at a doctors office to be happy lucky? No. Do I expect them to slow down and talk to me like a human and not a car salesmen? Yes. That part actually shows that you can about your patients rather than steamrolling through them like their thoughts and presence is irksome. Remember, your patients don't work in ENT line of work. We are computers that process what you are saying at high speeds. If your employees are busting to get out the door at 5pm and they have no energy to provide to customers, then you either have too many patients or you need to close earlier at 3pm. I have had this happen multiple times now, so it isn't just a one time thing. Please go slow. Treat your customers like customers, not computers. Not rush through them. And please ask people if they need their appointments on a card. Please point out to the customer where the appointment date and time is or give them a card that tells it. The woman at the front handed me the paper and highlighted a lot, bit didn't tell me the appointment time was on one of the papers. The woman in allergy didn't give me an appointment card, so I had to add it all into my phone while I got bounced between talking to both of them. I think all of things are resolveable. I'm happy to update my review if things change in the future.
Mary is a consummate professional who gives great attention to details. She is a caring and compassionate individual.
Mary Reyes Zamora explained everything well with the testing and follow up. I'm pleased with ENT Associates
employees were rude. Came into the office talking about the patients guests.
I recently had my thyroid removed due to several nodules, with one as large as a golf ball! I met with Dr. Desai at the Bardmoor office and was very impressed with not only his knowledge, but his communication skills, he truly listens. He answered the numerous questions I had, explaining everything thoroughly, calmly and with kindness. . He kept my family updated after the surgery and I just had my follow up appt today in the Clearwater office. Again, he took as much time (as I needed) with instructions of what was to be expected & the directions & care I needed to follow for a successful surgical outcome. I am so thankful that choosing Dr. Desai was the best decision I made for my body, mind and health.
Their billing practices are horrible. Talk about your surprise billings!! I can't see in your ear, let me remove the wax. Boom $35 bill. Oh, let me look up your nose to see what's up. Boom, another $200. That is in addition to the insurance co-pay. And then when you call to talk to them about it, they are rude as all heck. Don't recommend.
Everyone was receptive and pleasant, and they were able to get me in at this location at an earlier date. 5 stars all around.
Do NOT allow Dr. Christopher D. Muller to do any procedures on you. After a septoplasty and turbinate reduction, he did not prescribe any antibiotics--and big surprise--there has been a very difficult infection ever since. This procedure was done over a month ago, and besides fighting infection with THREE courses so far of antibiotics, stuff is still coming out of the nose. Some of it is hard like cartilage! Dr. Muller doesn't seem to have any concerns about this and is dismissive. He hasn't thoroughly explained why this is all happening. He simply doesn't seem to care very much. At one point, he even said, "I don't see any sign of infection" instead of sounding concerned. A blood test after that comment done separately confirmed there indeed was/is an infection. The signs are all there, Mr. Muller, between the strange discharge, the constant tired feeling, headaches, painful throat (confirmed not strep), and even low-grade fevers nightly for the past week. He said there isn't a need to give antibiotics as a precaution, and I'm no doctor, but I feel that's wrong. The nose is a gateway for germs and you just roto-rootered it. After a foot surgery, the podiatrist gave antibiotics, so why not an ENT giving them after a sinus/nose surgery? Do not trust your health to this guy. Please find another ENT office all together.
The appointment itself was fine. The fact that I was quite ill and had to wait for over a month and travel an hour, one way, for it was not so fine. The aftercare though was abominable! I was sent for a CT scan of my sinuses to determine the complete diagnosis. The tech throughout the scan kept asking if I'd ever had cancer...before? Which made me terrified that I had it now! I called the doctor's office the next day and requested he call me to answer that plus he had yet to give me anything for my sinus infection. He didn't call. After the weekend, I call his office again. Again, I was assured he would call back. He didn't call. He in fact never called, but on Wednesday morning one of his staff finally called to say he was phoning in a prescription as he had determined I had a sinus infection! I knew that upon arrival nearly a week earlier!! There was no mention of cancer and I had to specifically ask for that to to be confirmed. I used to go to Dr. Donnally when he was with his previous associates and this was never how I was treated! I've even had nasal surgery from him and he always had excellent patient care and follow-up. I cannot say just how disappointing this 'new' method he has apparently adopted is to me! It is so distressing, I will not go back and will find an ENT specialist who has the time and inclination to care properly for their patients.
Amazing ENT office. Doctors are great and nurses are so caring. They went out of their way to get me the appointment I needed in a timely manner. LOVE THEM!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
