Had cataract surgery in August 2024. Still, 6 months later can’t get any glasses. Had laser treatments last month. Not much improvement. Now they say I have dry eyes and see another Dr for that. Saw Dr yesterday woke up with closed painful right eye. Emergency visit to Dr Jacob’s says scratch over cornea caused from dry eyes. Coincidentally after eye exam yesterday? Getting eye drops. Still no glasses after six months. Dr after Dr. No longer trust this company. Will see dry eye Dr then I’ll go to another doctor because I no longer trust them. Sick and tired of being throw around to every other Dr with no glasses for six months. Cataract surgery was supposed to help but it made everything worse. Don’t come here. Go somewhere else!
So. An appointment was set 8 weeks in advance only to be told that the appointment cannot be accommodated within one week of the APPOINTMENT? Really? I KNOW you knew at least 4 weeks before the appointment that it would not be honored. Your bedside manner is deplorable. I hope this review gets seen by federal authorities as to how people are treated from your office. We don't matter. Karma exists. This office is on the list.
Servicio y atención maravillosos!
Excellent service
Do not use this Largo location. unprofessional staff and rude authorization department. They called 2 hours before my appointment to ask for referral. I spent hours getting them a referral, they told me to go back and get an authorization. They treat you bad when you complain because of stupidity and luck of responsibility. bunch of loosers with no desire to do their work or help. . Useless awful people in the second floor eye department.
My mental and vision health has suffered severely after being steered to this facility in need of rentinal care. I was referred to a doctor Janice ho who diagnosed a detachment. After several unsuccessful surgeries including an excruciating scleral buckle procedure I was told there was nothing more she could do for me, offered a two dollar off eye drop coupon and said good luck. Charged insurance and out of pocket thousands, institute received very large payment with no positive outcomes. Bottom line, left me to suffer without so much as a courtesy concern. So much for their mission statement. Scott P Krus
I went to this facility recently and they told me I had no vision insurance. I called my eyecare insurance and they said I did. The doctor also insisted it was medical instead of routine which was wrong. The front desk lady was rude and I will not be back, Bad experience! I wish I could give them zero stars.
Very friendly staff! Brianna was so nice and made me feel completely comfortable and had me laughing through some of my exam Thank you
Went for a follow-up visit post cataract surgery. Diverse staff, se hablo Español. Professional staff, friendly, great location, and plenty of parking. Really pleased with my outcomes today at visit. Grateful it is located close to my home.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
