She has been my Dr for 18 years. I travel to see her ...she is kind, knowledge and take the time to explain and talk to you. Thank you Dr Sue for delivering my 2 kids. God Bless you always.
My first go to place for all my needs. All staff is friendly. Metal was amazing NP and Dr. Vivek is the sweetest soul. She makes all exams easy breezy. Will recommend highly.
Welcoming environment. Friendly, nice, supportive and welcoming nurse. My Dr was supportive. I recommend
Throughout my pregnancy, the team was incredible in monitoring me every step of the way. They made me feel reassured and supported, always taking the time to answer my questions and keep me informed. The staff is friendly, professional, and truly invested in their patients’ well-being. I felt so comfortable and well-cared for during every visit. Thank you to the entire team for your fantastic work and dedication—I highly recommend this office to anyone seeking compassionate and thorough prenatal care!
Great experience very nice team very friendly & Dr Vivek she amazing. Hi experience she take care for her patient from all her heart ♥️ thank u very much for everything 🫶
I've gone through a lot of phases of dealing with intense menstrual pains and wider health issues as effects of longterm endometriosis. Dr. Sue Vivek was very helpful and was actually really informative! She taught me a lot of things that the regular online research could not solve and we proceeded on years of medical strategy. I've been here since I was young and have gone on to recommend my closest friends in the area, so I wholeheartedly endorse the NAWC! I was very glad that we could accommodate my pregnancy despite my (rather likely) pestering anxiety and questions! By the way, the lady at the front desk is awesome :)
This is the worst GYN I’ve ever been to. For the 2nd year in a row, I’ve had to call multiple times to get an explanation on my lab results. I leave messages no one calls back. I’m still waiting for a call back from my visit in June although I’ve called a total of 10 times. It is now October. I also need to get a mammogram. They said they would send a referral in to have it scheduled. I have not received a call. I’ve contacted them so I could figure out how to get it scheduled and I’m still waiting for a response a week later. During my appointments, staff seem rushed and dismissive. I will be going elsewhere although I hate changing offices. If you value your health, don’t go here.
I asked multiple times if I could have my fiancée with me while I was getting my arm implant removed as I was scared from a previous traumatic experience with having the last one replaced. Not only was I told no, I was told “you don’t need him” by “Dr.” Cook. No legitimate reason for why he couldn’t just be in the room to hold my hand. If I didn’t need him I wouldn’t have asked for him. Also the local anesthesia I was given didn’t work properly and when I said it hurt she said it was just pressure. It wasn’t “pressure” I was in pain and my pain was dismissed so casually. So I was given no choice but to go through this alone if I wanted the implant out, which I did as I was dealing with negative side effects that I was tired of. Once I was done they gave me no care instructions or anything and just said I could go. I can’t believe they’d have such a horrible doctor on staff, and “Dr.” Cook should be ashamed to call herself a doctor if this is how she treats her patients. You can bet I’ll never be going back and I would encourage anyone else who needs care to steer clear. I would never again trust this woman with caring for my body or anyone else’s if this is how she handles such a minor procedure. Will an abnormality in my ultrasound be dismissed? Would she even care if I had concerns should I become pregnant? That terrifies me and I hope anyone who reads this is concerned too.
This used to be a nice place to get cared for. Now they have become so huge and so busy that they don't give a crap about you anymore. They are SO SLOW with results and communication, they don't call you when they say they will, and they let you suffer for WEEKS while waiting for an appointment. Beware. If you are looking for a place who cares about you as a person, DO NOT GO HERE.
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dr’s office. Doesn’t return call or emails. Dr. Cook let my prescription run out after asking for different dosage that was adversely effecting me. Five days still no script. Horrible, unprofessional, and would never recommend to anyone. No communication when inserting speculum, staff couldn’t retrieve my medical records until I did it for them. And no sudden stop of medicine with no call back or communication.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
