Dr. Vivick and her team are remarkable. She always listens and is very thorough. It is nice to have a doctor that I feel so comfortable with. I am so glad that I found her.
Hard to get on the phone with anyone here. For dealing with pregnancy and the urgency of the situations that arise, this is not a good place to feel safe.
Receptionist and nurses are rude. It is mandatory to run test every time you visit office without asking for consent or explaining. So you need to vigilant otherwise you will end up paying for it. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Very unpleasant experience. Since I reported they made me wait for more than a hour to do the checkup
Dr. Sujatha vivek and nurse hetal are really nice.. gave me very good detailed info..
Great place for women’s care. Dr. Sujatha Vivek heard all my stories patiently, and she replied all my questions. I am very happy that I got a good doctor.
Can't event make an appointment at this place. I have called and left voicemails and filled out their online form trying to get an appointment. Haven't heard from ANYONE. Today will be the 4th day I have tried to call and set up an appointment. Absolutely ridiculous.
This used to be a nice place to get cared for. Now they have become so huge and so busy that they don't give a crap about you anymore. They are SO SLOW with results and communication, they don't call you when they say they will, and they let you suffer for WEEKS while waiting for an appointment. Beware. If you are looking for a place who cares about you as a person, DO NOT GO HERE.
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dr’s office. Doesn’t return call or emails. Dr. Cook let my prescription run out after asking for different dosage that was adversely effecting me. Five days still no script. Horrible, unprofessional, and would never recommend to anyone. No communication when inserting speculum, staff couldn’t retrieve my medical records until I did it for them. And no sudden stop of medicine with no call back or communication.
The doctors themselves are skilled, but their office policies are completely unacceptable and harmful. During my pregnancy, I had to attend appointments entirely alone, without my husband, and they even refused to let me bring my daughter or attend ultrasounds—even when the baby’s gender was already known. This made me feel completely helpless and isolated, like a single mom, despite being married. After birth, they also refused to allow me to bring my baby son. The pandemic ended in early 2022, yet they continued these restrictive policies, while no other clinic I visited had anything like this. This forced isolation and lack of accommodation contributed heavily to my postpartum depression and made medical visits extremely stressful. Their refusal to support parents with young children is unfair, discriminatory, and deeply damaging. No patient should have to experience this level of stress simply because they have children.
It was my first time there and genie was patient and wonderful!!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
