the five star review is solely to midwife Ashley, she delivered my baby even though that was first time meeting her during my whole pregnancy, she did a perfect job on my stitching. Thank you so much.

Since Dr. Cook and Dr. Nguyen left (and Celina and Ashley now only assist in the hospital), I wanted to give the practice and other providers a chance. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the experience. I felt it lacked empathy and the personal touch I was accustomed to. I also felt judged, and there was a hint of sarcasm when I asked questions. Additionally—and I won’t name the provider—I overheard the doctor speaking about me before entering the room. Please take this as a reminder to be more discreet and professional, as the exam room doors are not soundproof and conversations in the hallway can be heard. I wish I had addressed the situation directly at the time.

This hospital is very bad. I was only there for 2 months of my prenatal care. I suffered from migraines and they didn't send the prescriptions to my pharmacy on time. The worst thing is that they performed a blood test on me that I didn't authorize and they said that my insurance would cover it because they asked externally. Now I have a very high bill to pay. When I left this hospital to change to another one, they took a long time to send my studies to the other hospital. Terrible care. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

My experience was so good, I like the team work in North Atlanta women's care, I was so impressed that you followed me to the hospital where I delivered,Dr.cook I like the way she asks and answer questions she's so concerned,and Dr.Quarshie did the best thing ever in my motherhood life, I had a prolonged labour and the moment he came in he only said "this baby must come out" he gave me hope and in no time I delivered my baby safely and I never saw him again, I'm forever grateful to you Dr.Quarshie.......to Genie and others that I don't remember names I was so lucky to have met you all,you made my pregnancy period enjoyable.... thank you y'all
