North Atlanta Womens Care's Online Review Report Card

This used to be a nice place to get cared for. Now they have become so huge and so busy that they don't give a crap about you anymore. They are SO SLOW with results and communication, they don't call you when they say they will, and they let you suffer for WEEKS while waiting for an appointment. Beware. If you are looking for a place who cares about you as a person, DO NOT GO HERE.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dr’s office. Doesn’t return call or emails. Dr. Cook let my prescription run out after asking for different dosage that was adversely effecting me. Five days still no script. Horrible, unprofessional, and would never recommend to anyone. No communication when inserting speculum, staff couldn’t retrieve my medical records until I did it for them. And no sudden stop of medicine with no call back or communication.

Even though they are listed as in network with my insurance once they were given the insurance information and it's through Medicare the lady said she had to check with billing if they can take it then came back to the phone to say "Oh we're not accepting new patients" yet prior to the insurance information she had stated to get my info to make an appointment and was aware I was a new client. They clearly discriminate if you have a PPO plan if it's through Medicare.

Warning: Go elsewhere if you are having gynecological issues. I had an appt at the Lawrenceville location and an ultrasound at the Suwanee location. My visit was for a referral for abnormal menstrual issues. This practice is unfit to handle gynecological issues. After an exam and an ultrasound, I was told "there's nothing further we can do," when they didn't even offer advice or actually attempt do anything. After I asked for clarification through the patient portal, i was told to make a follow up appt to discuss. Why would I pay another copay after being told they can't do anything? It felt very cash grabby. Now, I am out over $400 (that's not their fault, my insurance isn't the best), I can't afford to start over at a new practice, and I have no help or answers after the doctor told me she was sure I have endometriosis. I will say the doctor was very kind.

Dr. Nguyen and staff were so informative, friendly, and really welcoming at the office I visited today. My experience was really great and beyond expectations. I feel so comfortable talking with my health and concerns regarding to the visit and Dr.Nguyen was so kind and helpful. She answered all the questions I was looking for. So if anyone is looking for ob-gynecologist visit, I really recommend this place.

Dr. Nguyen and her team are so informative and care so much for their patients. I have had some trouble over the last few years trying to find a doctor I really feel comfortable asking questions to, but this practice is wonderful! The environment is clean, front office staff and nurses are well trained and well informed, and it did not at all feel as though I was being rushed through my appointment just to make room for the next patient. I’ll definitely be coming here for my annuals and any other concerns. Highly recommend!

Genie is a very lovely, pleasant person. She does not rush you. She answers all your questions and talks through everything in a very helpful and caring way. Genie is also very informative and knows her stuff. She put you at total ease when she performs the well-woman exam. Loved her! The entire staff also is very pleasant and attentive.

Love love love Dr. Bao Nguyen! She is such a caring and informative doctor. Without even asking, she will take the time to elaborate everything she does before performing any tasks. From the start to almost finish, she has made me feel so comfortable about my pregnancy and this is my first pregnancy. Just a few more weeks to go.

Do not go to this place do not trust. Nobody here they are only scammers and rude, and they just wanna make appointments, but not be human scammers.

The office was very clean. Front staff and medical assistants were super friendly. I was very impressed by Dr Cook. She took the time to address every question and concern I had without judgement.
