This office is a nightmare when it comes to billing, we have insurance and we filly pay the co-pay as well and got a receipt. Again we call them, followed up, and call and double-checked twice but the text messages keep coming .. I don't know what's going on with his office. but when you try to call the main office to remind them again you cannot get a human being this thing keeps going on forever in circles. Avoid
EXTREMELY DISORGANIZED..DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WAITING ON THEIR CONFUSED MINDS..CANT EVEN SCHEDULE IMAGING PROPERLY...
☝️😩 you've got to know exactly which building you are going to they are located on both sides of the roads which can be a bit confusing 🫤 you will be parking in a parking garage be prepared to pay by card
Super easy to get an appointment the doctor was on time came in super confident he knew exactly what to do little did I know that the steroid injection I was getting he was going to bill as surgery and the wrist guard that he gave me was $95... Probably should've walked me through the cost of everything especially since the steroid shot did not even work
First off, when I made an appointment I explicitly let them know that I have Severe Degenerative Osteo Arthritis bone to bone in my right hip & in my right elbow. And that I'm only looking for a Pain Specialist to get the correct medication to help manage my excruciation pain, all day every day. And I do not want any type of surgery, because I'm tooo old & tooo "FAT". Because my PCP can only prescrice a certain level of dosage. So I explain that to the phone operator that scheduled my appt. & plainly asked her a I explaining this to the right person now ?! To the Receptionist at the front desk, on my new patient form papers & the Assistant that evaluates before the Doctor comes in. So the radiologist came in & said I needed an X~ray. I thought OK ! they need to see the severity of my issue. Next the Doctor comes in & says he's a Surgeon & doesn't do pain management til after surgery. I told him I explained my cause down thru the chain of your staff from the start, that I was only needing a correct medication for my pain. I started to ask why didn't he explain that before the X~ray because I plainly informed your Assistant what I was mainly here for. Sooo my complaint is "Dr. Allen McDonald ordered an X~ray that I didn't obviously need because he knew he wasn't going to or intended to Service me. I guess he needed that lil money he fraudulently did, knowing beforehand all along what I was there for. Don't cheat the system : )
My friend Nemet, in shoulder pain for weeks, would not see an orthopedist until I virtually forced him to go to Peachtree Orthopedics, where I had once been a patient. Dr. Ashley Mehl, a new doctor at Peachtree (where there are now 43 doctors over nine offices in the metro area), carefully and comprehensively evaluated Nemet, putting him through many tests involving arm movement, before concluding with her diagnosis, followed by suggested treatment. Outstanding work by this calming doctor who clearly knows how to deal with patients who are unnerved by being at a medical practice.
I absolutely love this hospital for their effort. I'm 23 years old had a severe traumatic injury to my shoulder and Dr. Murray was more than helpful. I've been to so many doctors before him and they couldn't properly diagnose soon as I got to him he had the immediate answer immediate fix and him and his team did everything they could to make sure I got the help that I needed and they continue to follow up with me to this day. They are so kind so amazing. I almost feel like I have a doctor family at this point if you have any concerns with anything, they don't mind checking everything and giving you detailed responses. Few ladies who worked with my situation who are extra kind and extra caring in the way that they treat their patients as far as my experience, Miss Bailey, and also Miss Brooke. absolutely kind people Miss Bailey was the first I spoke to when I even went to their facility and she was super descriptive when it came to any questions I had and was super nice was super caring, super compassionate all around love Mr. Murray. Excellent, patient service excellent very smart . Amazing at everything he does it only took him a few hours to put in my plate and screws in my shoulder and something that almost practically ended my career in the work industry. He's fixed it so well that all I have to do now is simply recover and I am forever grateful for this hospital. I am forever grateful for Dr. Murray. I am forever grateful for Miss Bailey. They just don't understand how their customer support how their kind words they just don't understand how absolutely necessary some people actually really really need that and I can guarantee you if you ever break a shoulder or anything go straight to them STRAIGHT to them they won't make you go in circles like a lot of these doctors they won't make you do anything extra they'll get straight to the point straight to the problem straight to the fix. This is by far the best place I've ever spent my money at. I would recommend them to anybody anytime. Absolutely love love love love love it ohhh I can't forget the guy at the front desk the one with the beautiful always super vibrant when anybody comes to speak to him and I've never had a problem with his customer service. He's super amazing when he resets for my and all around that entire team in that department just freaking deserve all their cookies every single one of them. Amazing
My appointment was amazing with Dr Robertson. He was kind and thoughtful and very concerned about the pain I have been experiencing. His PA followed up to make certain the schedule was in place for my Recovery. I am very impressed with their take charge approach. Jean Davis
I'm a fairly new patient of Orthopedic Surgeon/Specialist MD Allen McDonald and I chose him based on patient experience reviews. He's efficient, candid and professional with bedside manners. It's refreshing to experience with such a huge turnaround with adequate, professional healthcare in the office space. I'd definitely recommend him to others seeking this specialist sort. I must also shout out to the check in receptionist at the Peachtree location. She was very kind, engaged and professional.
First visit and everything was explained in detail. Environment was clean and welcoming. Staff were friendly and respectful.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
