Best advice - don’t book an appointment before 9am. 7.30am appointment, but they got the wrong knee AND wrong insurance. Wouldn’t even do the MRI and sort it out later until they had both re-confirmations, which of course doesn’t happen until after 9am. What a complete waste of time. Update: 3 stars because Rob was amazing during the MRI. After the insurance was re-sorted and the re-confirmation was received, the MRI process was very smooth.

Dr. Kercher is a 100% professional. Thank you for a successful Patella stabilization (TTO) surgery. We are at baseball family and we look forward to our son returning back to the field.

Any doctor's office that charges you for parking is putting profit over patient care. This is also evident in how this office and the MRI office left me hanging between the two of them with differing instructions and lack of communication.

Dr. Stephen W. Smith is truly exceptional. He performed both knee and hip procedures for my mom with outstanding results, and he's now guiding me through my own knee maintenance. His expertise, compassion, and integrity in joint care are unmatched. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the level of attention and professionalism he brings to every visit. Highly recommended!

I was having frequent pain on the outside and top of my left foot, and was concerned about all the walking required for my upcoming trip to Germany and France in two weeks. Dr. Finney evaluated my foot and diagnosed it as arthritis and tendonitis. He gave it a shot of Cortisone and I soon walked without pain - Thank you Dr. Finney!
