My experience was very unpleasant. I came in for a concussion and instead of giving me a MRI or taking blood from me or doing some type of scans or test to actually see what’s going on with my body. Medication was just thrown my way, and then when I let the dr.Robertson know that I have not been Taking all of the pills that he recommended me and part of the reason why it’s because I was out of work for a month and had no extra money to take care of my bills, plus my kids and let alone for bottles of pills instead of him being understanding, He gives me attitude and is very sassy and rolling neck, etc. I also was told to eat more food then I have been previous to my last visit and I have been eating more food, but He suggest that I eat three full meals a day. And everybody’s body is not the same. As I stated on my first visit, I have had my gallbladder removed and I don’t have a lot of mass storage or I get sick if I’m to full, His response was very Insensitive, dismissive and very unprofessional!! this appointment was a very unpleasant experience. He did nothing but triggered my anxiety and overstimulated my mind.. I went home Feeling worse than I did when I came in!

Dr. Robertson is great! I've been dealing with chronic back and hip pain and he is the first doctor to provide me with a clear treatment pathway to alleviating my pain. I'm very grateful for his care and attentiveness to my situation. The entire staff has been wonderful!

My comment is exactly the same as the guy that left 2 weeks ago. The front desk lady is absolutely appallingly rude. If you want to experience Queens with sass, I'd recommend here

Staff is great but they are running a scam in the billings department. They just billed me for services that occurred almost 3 years ago. I confirmed with my insurance provider that they had paid all those claims but this company submitted duplicate claims with different codes. I’ll be reporting them to the BBB, this is either a an indication of fraud or incompetence.

Terrible, terrible experience. The front desk was unbelievably rude…completely unhelpful, dismissive, and talking down to me like I should be grateful they even bothered to do anything for me. The physical therapy department is just as bad. This place is a disgrace, more like hell than a medical office. I regret ever walking in, and I will never go back.

I visited Peachtree Orthopedics twice this summer, and both visits were excellent from the front desk to meeting the doctor. They don’t make you wait long at the front, and there’s no long wait in the room for the doctor. Dr. McDonald has a great demeanor, and I trust him to handle my knee issues.

I'm one that do not like visiting the Dr office... The staff was very pleasant as well as Dr Robertson. He answered the questions I had as well as gave me some good advice moving forward. I'm please will my service and happy I pick this facility.

This office has the friendliest staff! Easy to schedule, easy parking and efficient and kind front desk staff. My doctor is also great!

Dr. Robertson is so thorough and is very concerned that with every little detail. A truly great physician! I will always go back if any other problems with my back come up. I am 100% back to be heathy and not in pain!
