I came in literally limping, the nurse and the staff at the check in were amazing. I told the doctor that I think I have a blister. She brushed me off, asking how do I know it’s a blister, I said that I’m not sure, hence why I am there but just don’t want to get an infection. She barely even looked at my foot and told me to put neosporin. Fast forward 12 hrs, my foot is double the size with an infection. I went to a different provider who took her time and addressed my concerns better than Cara Anne Martinez

Doctor was rude and didn't care

Urgent care is wonderful especially Dr. Wilson. He’s amazing man. He helped me in my bronchitis. Please be patient when you’re there.

This place is extremely unprofessional. I went for a seizure and the doctor didn't believe me and said are you sure you're not just depressed, or are you sure this isn't just a suicidal thought. I then later went to a different doctor and got diagnosed with epilepsy. I have extremely bad seizures and to tell a doctor i needed help and then him telling me he didn't believe me made me so confused and angry. Don't go here, like ever i would've go here even if i was dying this place is horrible.

Ever since they switched to Endeavor Health, THE WORST CARE EVER! Especially Dr Zuckerman! Worst bedside manners! Phone receptionists are rude and some of the nurses as well! THE WORST!! Not worried about their patients for real! 01/10 recommend for the OB/GYN department for sure, and again; receptionists/nurses- RUDE! Taking me and my kids out of that place!

everyone at front desk is very unprofessional and have no idea about their own policies, and turn away sick people! they should be shut down at this point, someone could be have a life threatening conditioning and the front desk will still turn people away. please train your employees better on the policies and procedures.

I won't go here even if I am dying. Everybody who saw me, whether staff or doctor, was incredibly rude. They first started rushing various tests on me without asking me or explaining why or what they were doing. And the doctor even abruptly said "you'll go out that door" when I was nicely and politely asking questions about insurance coverage.

Overall my experience was well , I was taken for x-ray of my knee , The x-ray tech, Sue took my knee x-ray without protective covering of my pelvis. I’m sure this can be a risk management issue if I have made an official complaint. I hope the management can reach out to me for an apology.

Rudeness and racism at its peak in these people who work here. They’ll just rip you off and throw you out. After ripping you off they’ll “advise” you to go to the main hospital because these losers don’t have proper systems/facilities to treat your symptoms. Just Stay Away from them. I’ve been bitten by them twice!

They’re very quick, I was helped in minutes. Super informative and professional. I have going to emergency rooms and immediate care offices because they usually take forever, they were so quick.
