List of Endeavor Health Immediate Care's Reviews
It was quick and easy. My throat is healed.
If I could give 10 stars I would. Have visited here twice but on my last visit Claudette at the check in desk was the best, made my visit way easier than expected.
I’ve been here twice now and I think next time I need immediate care I will go elsewhere. I checked in from home and the wait time said 10-20 minutes. I ended up waiting about an hour and half. I had cold symptoms and wanted to rule out Covid and RSV. They refused to give me a Covid test because I did an at home test several days before. And they don’t even offer a test for RSV! They did a flu test (I was pretty sure this wasn’t it bc I got the vaccine) and it came back negative. They just sent me on my way. Total waste of time and money.
Every time I go to urgent care the service is excellent. Very caring and knowledgeable staff.
Staff is friendly, but I took my two year old in with several symptoms in the third day of his illness, all they did check vitals and swab him for the flue he came back negative so they sent us home. Two more days passed and my toddler was no getting any better symptoms worsened, I rushed to the ER where he was diagnosed with RSV. They could not diagnose him here even after they swabbed him.
I got a charge of $75 instead of $25 for copay. Their billing codes sucks!! In addition to not being helpful at all.
Always have great experiences here. I have good insurance. They take their time and are thorough and are clean.
The service here is great, but when it comes to billing it sucks. They do not code this as an urgent care visit. They coded my visit as seeing a specialist so my copay was $70 instead of $30 and they sent me other bills. I called billing and they told me there’s nothing they can do. After getting all my other bills it would’ve been cheaper going to the hospital.
BEWARE: You will be charged as a hospital visit, NOT IMMEDIATE CARE!!! I was billed as a hospital visit and was told, I should have read the fine print. I have left Rick Devries multiple voicemails to ask for an explanation for why the name of the business is Immediate Care. I have never received a phone call back and this week was notified the bill went to collections. If you go to Lombard Immediate Care, you will be billed as an actual Immediate Care. My MRI and IV at Lombard 3 months earlier was cheaper than an x-ray at Oak Park. Calling this location Immediate Care is absolutely misleading. You'd be better off going to Physicians Immediate Care in Oak Park.
I've been coming here for years and never experienced the substandard patient care from urgent care as I did last night. I disagreed with what was recommended care-wise and begin to respectfully ask questions and I stated that I had recieved a different recommendation in the past for the same thing, but ok fine. Ultimately my issue is that the doctor or nurse at some point just stood up and said "you are free to leave", and left. They didn't give me a printed summary, didn't ask if there were any other questions, or anything. She was completely out of sight in a matter of seconds. I could literally dispute what she said because a summary was never given to me (which historically has been standard). She also clearly didn't look at my record. She kept asking if I were a patient of the system. She would have seen that had she looked at my account. She asked me about my medicine, but never looked at my account to confirm. There just seemed to be little interest than the 1 to 2 minutes they looked at me and that's disappointing. I really liked the size of the location for urgent care, but I won't be returning for urgent care again. Note* Let me say that not every person was unpleasant. Just this one person (but that was enough for me)

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
