List of Endeavor Health Immediate Care's Reviews
Took my daughter there twice for a fever, 9 days apart. First visit cost me $88 after adjustments. 2nd visit after adjustment i now owe $460? Granted this time they tested for strep, they charged $807 for lab fee and $289 for Emergency Room. What emergency room are they talking about, did the similar room we were in for our first visit suddenly become an emergency room on that 2nd visit? I called to get an explanation and the rep just kept repeating that that's how it was billed. You say "press 4" on the menu option for explanation of the bill but don't explain a damn thing. How are these people getting away with this?
Went to urgent care from dehydration due to norovirus. The care itself was fine but billing was ridiculous. They charged for 'other therapeutic services' which I don't recall having anything done in that category as well as a $296 'professional fee'. Pay attention to your bill.
Worst doctor I have ever gone to. Went on Christmas Day because I was having a terrible cold sore outbreak and they REFUSED to give me my own prescription because my mother had already had one. I don’t even live with my mom and I’m 24 years old. Also, the prescription is not addicting and you CANNOT overdose on the medication. It literally just helps get rid of the cold sore outbreak. But merry Christmas to me. This doctor was on a power trip like she’s the grinch. 10 OUT OF 10 WILL NEVER RECOMMEND. Do not waste your time or money especially when you’re sick. These people will only cause more stress.
I beg everyone to please not go here, at least for urgent/immediate care. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!! Wish I could give a negative rating. It was my first time, i came in for a UTI. I knew it was UTI so really i just needed antibiotics. I was there for no more than 30/40 minutes, majority of the time was waiting to see the doctor. Dr. Joseph C Dearie came in, asked me some questions. He was in there no loner than 10 minutes, then prescription me meds. A couple days after, I received the bill and it was over $1100 and thats after my insurance paid $850 of it. The doctor if I was pregnant, I told him I just ended my menstrual cycle. They charged me almost $200 for a pregnancy test, no blood was taken. I reached out to their billing department. Asked what the charges were for and what level 3/4 meant, they did not know what that meant. They told me to leave a my number and the manager would call me back. No one called. I followed up a few days later. Spoke with a patient advocate and someone from billing. That person didn’t know either. Left my number again and still no one called back. I ended up paying since I moved away and I don’t want to keep dealing with it. This place is a HUGE SCAM. Not sure how it’s even still running. Overcharging and clueless employees.
DO NOT GO HERE. BILLING IS TERRIBLE. $4000+ FOR AN URGENT CARE VISIT?!?!? I previously contacted Edward Elmhurst (EE) Patient Experience Team and Billing Department multiple times to dispute my bill from a visit in MAY. During my first call to the Billing Department, the representative mentioned my bill would be marked "paid in full" because I paid my copay at the time of service and he sympathized with the misbilling that he acknowledged he had heard about plenty of times before(!!!!) and that these reviews reflect as well. I was reassured that while it was with the Patient Experience Department it would be "on pause." I called multiple times and was told "someone would call me back," because no one who answered could directly assist; but they never called back. I also disputed this with my insurance because I was billed for 2 office visits despite only seeing 1 provider on that day in May. EE is running a racket; this facility is labeled as an Immediate Care facility but bills out as a satellite hospital, charging patients for ER visits, which is not disclosed to patients upfront. I have many words for this facility, for pulling the wool over customers and then doing nothing about it when contacted repeatedly. If you look at the reviews this is a consistent practice and absolutely abhorrent. UPDATE: I posted the above 2 weeks ago. It's taken about a week to get any email back. The last email requesting my phone number (which also, how do you not have that?!) got me nowhere. No one has called and I emailed after a week asking if I would be hearing anything. ::Crickets::
I feel completely taken advantage of by Endeavor Health. After a simple visit for kidney stone pain, I was bombarded with additional charges for an MRI I didn't need. It's unacceptable that they prioritize profit over patient care.
They provide false information on the phone with their insurance and billing department. They said I would be covered 100% under my insurance and then I got a large bill. I have 3 jobs, asked for a grievance for the false info because I used to work at their partner hospital and know it’s possible and they denied. Very unethical and terrible medical company. I wish I would have checked the reviews sooner. Since they do not care the lies their employees say, a letter is being sent of this practice to the US attorneys office on Monday attached with All these other bad reviews since they will not own up and make up for what they did. My insurance has the proof I’ve been covered 100% the last 6 years for the same exact bloodwork. Their employees are scammers. Do not go here! Mind you it was done in March and I was JUST able to get ahold of someone today. I’ve called 9 times and sent emails and messages on the portal, my insurance also attempted and someone just got back to me Sept 27 after I told the person what days I’m available.
DO NOT use this Immediate Care unless you want to deal with terrible billing. My family has visited this location for years. They recently changed to Endeavor Health and have royally screwed up my billing. For an immediate care visit for my daughter, they are saying I owe $400. For the same exact visit from a month prior, we only had to pay the copay. I spoke to a person who was the most robotic individual that just kept repeating the same thing over and over. Just save yourself the time and money and don't go there.
The treatment I received at this facility was phenomenal. Each staff member I came into contact with was thorough, kind, and patient. I walked in with nausea, chills, and fatigue, and walked out only 2 hours later having received a diagnosis, imaging, and lab testing. I specifically have to mention Dr. Megan Gorski, whose level of care was above and beyond in terms of bedside manner. I felt truly heard, seen, and listened to during my visit, and if you find yourself seeking immediate care, I would recommend this location first.
Generally a good place for immediate care. I would not recommend it as doctor replacement. Last time I was there they thought I might have a blood clot, but their machine was down and they sent me to the hospital.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
